I showed up at 7:30pm requesting a 16 piece extra crispy bucket of chicken. Was told it would be 30 minutes before it would be ready. Asked the employee about what other accommodations could be made. They made no attempt to rectify the situation. They acted as if it was my fault for ordering the wrong item. I could understand if they were just closing. However they were open until 9pm.This is a major problem considering your big ticket item is chicken. I would recommend asking the employee what to order that way you don’t inconvenience them.

First time at this location and the service wasn’t very good. Cashier just looked miserable and answered her phone in the middle of taking our order. Food wasn’t hot and the biscuit tasted terrible. I won’t be back to this location and don’t recommend this location to

Pulled in drive through at820 and was informed the only thingthey have off menu was crispy chicken i responded i find it hard to beleive tgat then they said well were closing cause we got familys too furat off if ur working at kfc obviously fqmily isnt ur main priority and u applied for the job so man up and dont be a lazy pos . Do better kfc

The WORST place EVER! My total was $31.79. they had no coins in there register. So she only gives me my bills back and then walks away like it's no big deal.... I will NEVER SPEND ANOTHER PENNY THERE!!! SIMPLY HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES!!!!

I was hoping The one star reviews were people being dramatic. Unfortunately that's not the case. I hate leaving bad reviews but this place was horrible. The staff was rude. No one stole when I walked in everyone just stared. I placed a mobile order but nothing was in the grab and go food warmer. After being there 10 minutes someone finally addressed me handed me my bag of chicken which was sitting behind the counter not in a warmer already bagged from before I even got to the store. The chicken had lost it's crunch from steaming in the bag and it wasn't hot from sitting there on the cold medal counter for however long. The staff genuinely acts like you are bothering them or interrupting their conversations.Wheelchair accessibility: Is wheelchair accessible

Staff is not friendly every time I come here. Cursing and making you feel like you’re a hindrance for giving them business. Food always comes out late. Just don’t recommend.

The drive-through is a little wonky to use. The staff was friendly, but they hooked us up with plenty of sauce for the meal.Food was expensive, but delicious. Fed me whole house and my moms house so I'd say it was worth the money.

I visited this location in 2021 for the first time. I remember the first words at the drive thru: only taking exact change and cards. Then there was a remodeling of the building that took forever and made it sort of unappealing to get food from a place under construction. I've visit the location several times during 2022 and 2023. Now it's January 2024. I just heard the same exact words today while getting some tenders: only taking exact change and cards. In all these years they still don't know how to run a business. I've been a retail manager and on the rare occasions we ran out of change we would rush to a bank and we would also encourage local customers to exchange their rolls with us. It's very clear by now they just don't care about this. The service is terrible. I just ordered 3 chicken tenders (without combo) and was wondering how much it was. The employee told me to go ahead to the next window to know the total (??). $8.47!!! That was the total. If she had given me the total while still on the speaker I would've upgraded to a combo for about $2 more. But I paid the amount with one thing in mind: I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS KFC AGAIN. And just in case it's a local franchise not even to the ones in the area. I want no business with them. Terrible customer service (you have to greet and wish a great day to the associates on the window because they're always in a bad mood ), so-so food, unfriendly business methods and high prices? If you are reading this take your business to the competitors (Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, etc.). Their prices might not differ significantly but the ability to take a $20 bill and make a transaction, the ability to not feel like you are bothering an employee with your transaction and the ability to know what you are going to pay before you move to the next phase of the transaction is appealing enough for me.

Bad experience. Ordered thru KFC Uber picked up order. Order was wrong. Don't order from KFC you won't get ALL your food correctly!!!!!

Food preparation, accuracy and service were great, but KFC continues to decrease the quality and especially size of the chicken pieces itself.

Chicken was hot, juicy and delicious the female crew working there are polite patient and professional... They all had pride and integrity... Great job dinner crew
