It is just a call center that outsources towing services.I called at 5 and paid upfront for a tow to be there in 45-60 minutes. I called again at 7 and they said 45 minutes. I called at 8 they said they can’t get ahold of the driver, but they’ll call me back. They never did. I called at 9 and they said they can reschedule my pickup for tomorrow. I declined as the car is in a terrible spot and needs to be moved today/tonight.They did understand why I was bothered and gave me a full refund, so that’s a positive.And that is why I’m giving it 2 stars instead of just 1.
