I usually do not write any reviews but Ken and K and T Auto have treated me so well I had to. I bought my 2006 Subaru Forester from here. It has been a great car. I also got service done here and the prices are great and the quality of service even better. When I am dealing with Ken , he is a nice and professional guy that puts his customer first. In the past I bought cars from large dealerships that could not compare to the sales and after sales service that Ken gives. He is a honest hardworking guy, regardless of how busy he is will take to take care of my questions and service needs. I usually hate going to garages because of the worry about being taken advantage of, I don’t worry here. Ken is the most honest car salesman- mechanic that I ever met. You can tell that K and T is passionate about Subarus , it shows by the quality of sales and service. Top notch shop and Ken is a phenomenal guy to deal with! For me to write any reviews is rare , especially a long one. I would recommend K and T to anyone for either sales or service. A good honest knowledgeable shop that puts the customer first!

I live on my own, I no nothing about cars and had to buy one in 48 hours. I found K&T auto and gave it a shot. They were very knowledgeable and honest with me. They were immediately concerned about the vehicle I was driving. They got me in a safe reliable subaru that day! They also have a shop right there. I take my car to them for my oil changes and anything else I need! I trust their work and they are very fair with their pricing and communicate every step of the way. Do not hesitate to buy from them!

They sold me a car with mold all inside under the carpets. Cannot drive for more than an hour without getting sick. No refunds. $7k down the drain. I would absolutely not risk it with this place.

I don't typically give bad reviews but I feel I have the responsibility to make people aware of K&T auto mechanic. PLEASE BEWARE!!!! Ken has worked on my 2010 Forester for 2 years. In those two years, I had my cv axle, catalytic converter, O2 sensors, and struts, and each time I’ve had to come back for rework. I brought it up to his attention and why I have to keep coming back. His comment was “Why am I blaming him for the issues it’s not his fault but the parts are cheap” This was a head-scratcher! I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt a couple of months ago but when I took my car to be inspected. I was told that the cv axle boot was cracked ( installed 8/22)and strut was leaking( installed 10/22)Go to Shaffers Automotive instead for your Subaru!Check out the undeniable evidence of the work done by K&T on my Forester. They initially provided me with a pre-owned OEM catalytic converter, but upon further investigation, I discovered that it had not been replaced; instead, the honeycomb structure had been tampered with. It is of utmost importance that customers are made aware of this deceptive practice. Taking Ken to court resulted in a favorable judgment, albeit with only half of the compensation being awarded to me. While Ken did comply with the payment, he had the audacity to request that I remove my justified negative review. However, I firmly believe that it is crucial for people to be informed about K&T and to thoroughly inspect their work, as well as seek a second opinion.

I have had great experiences with this shop since buying my Outback there in August. Kenn is great to deal with and they stand by their cars. I recently had a minor issue with my vehicle (five months after purchase) and they had me bring it in as soon as possible and got the issue fixed. I chose to buy from this shop because my sister had a positive experience with her trade in/purchase earlier in 2023. I would shop here again in the future.

This shop is by far one of the best shops I've worked with hands down. Ken and Tom are super professional and very passionate about their work. They did a fully built short block on my 05 Forester XT with some additional modds, and it has been running so strong and smooth for the last 2 years. They were very informative throughout the whole process sending me updated photos as well. And that is not the only time I've worked with them. I've been there countless times for general repairs and maintenance. Amazing work all around. Looking forward to working with them again in the near future.Service: General repairs & maintenance

They don't open until 10am these days. They specialize in Subarus and are a lot less expensive than Faulkner's. Used Subarus are on sale here as well.
