I use to go to H&R block for my taxes and occasionally I did it thru turbo tax and this year 2023 I decided to try with you guys from Jackson Hewitt, and I can honestly say they are the best!!

Sherry was very accommodating she answered all questions I had and when she didn’t have the answer she reached out to find it. I have went to other JH sites and this one by far was the best! Sherry is very knowledgeable makes filing taxes easy!I won’t go anywhere else.

I have used them the last few years with no issues. I went yesterday again and as always super helpful and patient. I have never had to wait a long period of time to be seen and the process is fairly quick. I was helped by Kashae and I was even given fresh asparagus that i most certainly cooked for dinner last night lol.

Always a great experience getting my taxes filed here. Been coming for over 10+ years with no issues. My preparer Kashae was very knowledgeable and courteous and very efficient. Literally only took me about half hour to have everything done and double checked before I left. I will always recommend this office to anyone that needs tax services!!! If I could give more than five stars I would because they definitely make you feel at ease and make the process quick, efficient, accurate and effortless!!!

Ms, Shari has been doing my taxes with Jackson Hewitt for years. She has always been pleasant and very informative of any tax changes throughout the years. Went to file my taxes this year and we had some difficulties retrieving my w-2's from my employer. Had assistance with IT, and working through emails and phones she finally figured out that the website does not work with Jackson Hewitt. I worked her today :) she's always has been a joy no matter the situation... Thanks Shari!

I've been with Jackson Hewitt for 18 years and its all due to the preparers and how well they handle each case. Thank you to all the staff at the location on S. 25th St in Kline Village.
