Anthony / Roxanne Shanaman family….We go to this same office EVERY YEAR for the last 6 years. We have had the pleasure to have the same tax preparer Mrs. Nerissa Thompson and she is the best! She always knows who we are and it’s a painless less than 40 mins . We will continue to go to this location and hopefully continue to have her as our tax preparer.

Even though I were tired from work an cranky the agent was very understanding an gave me a moment to relax. That was very thoughtful an kind, she took care in filing my paperwork with efficiency. I will return next year at the same location an hopefully I will get a chance to meet this angel again.

My Taxpayer Nerissa was very Professional as well detailed where I understood my tax Preparations, she went above and beyond to put a smile on my face.. I’ve been with Jackson Hewitt for over 10 years and would never feel comfortable trusting any other Tax Prep Company!!!! I am so grateful for their Professionalism and Customer Service…..

5 STARS!! Everyone was nice. Clean office space. Nerissa answered all my questions and finished my taxes very fast. She was extremely nice and informative. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. I will be back again next year! :)

Tax time always seems to become stressful (obtaining and recovering all the necessary paperwork,receipts,documents) however I have filed with H&R Block since 2015 and they always seem to make the experience much easier, manageable and reassuring. My tax preparer, Nerissa Thompson, has always been reliable, professional and knowledgeable making me confidently always return time and time again in addition to easily and undoubtedly referring friends, family and colleagues to H&R Block. The office staff were all accommodating, welcoming and supportive! They recently moved into a new location (next door) and the location is an upgraded office which also is a great add on bonus, although with my tax preparer’s customer service I would return time and time again despite the office location and potential upgrades! Thanks again JH, and special attention to the tax preparer, Nerissa!
