Erica at Water & Co was great to work with selecting new shower walls and finishes for our shower remodel. Our priority was getting things done as quickly as possible, and she was able to work with us to find a set of surfaces we liked, in our budget, and apparently available within 2-3 days if we paid for expedited shipping.

Bathroom renovations!!!! Research, read, look at completed projects, get ideas. Now where to begin? We dropped in to Water & Co. to look at products, and casually began talking with Erica Baum, Studio Manager. With no pressure she asked about our project(s). Erica shared some basic information and allowed us to browse. We returned to the store and Erica recalled talking with us. We shared ideas for our projects and some key elements that needed to be included in the finished project(s). Erica listened to all of the details that were important for our final master bath and bathroom remodels. The project was no longer a massive plan, but a plan that was designed with one specific area at a time (shower area, vanity area, toilet area, lighting area. She showed us the details of different faucet manufacturers and the pros and cons, Erica's guidance and planning down to specific plumbing options were eye opening and allowed us to design every aspect of our remodels as informed consumers. There was no pressure. She made us aware of options and if we were not interested the conversation moved on. Orders were placed and estimated delivery time dates were given. Our products arrived and were delivered 2 weeks early. Pictures will be included when the renovations are complete.
