If I could give more stars I would!I went in earlier this week and my shoes had so many holes in them that my toes were coming out!The sweet lady listen to my feet issues and she helped me find the perfect pair! I even had luck with a 2nd pair.My feet haven't felt this good in a long time!I left my old shoes there because they send them off to be recycled into playground mulch. How awesome is that!Thanks so much for everything. I can't wait to bring in my husband to find him a pair of new shoes!

I have been buying running shoes at the Harrisburg Store for the past 10 years. Great selection of shoes and excellent customer service. I have become a better runner since buying shoes at Inside Track. Henry and Tim are very knowledgeable about different types of shoes. I recommend buying shoes there.

Henry is awesome, very knowledgeable and has a lot of depth as well as experience in the track and field world. He had the throwing shoes I’ve been looking for and his prices were very reasonable. Will be buying my athletic shoes from Inside Track moving forward. 5/5

Today was my first visit to the store. I’ve never had such wonderful service. The gentleman was knowledgeable, could tell by the way I walked what kind of shoe I needed ( not a sporty person) and went back and kept bringing me out different shoes in different brands until I found that right fit. Yes they are a bit pricey ( but what decent shoes aren’t) definitely worth the price. I worked tonight and went to the store my feet were tired but they didn’t hurt for once! I will be going back.

I bought my first pair of running shoes from this establishment in September. I went back for another pair this morning. I’m so pleased with both experiences. I feel that they took their time with me and made sure I was fitted in the correct pair of shoes for my needs. I’m on my feet all day with work. I’m pretty much running all day with my job. I wear through shoes in about 5 months. They listened to me and and as I said before fit me with the shoes that met my needs. Extremely friendly people. There is no where else I will go for shoes. Absolutely love this place and the pupper dog! I am going to say this, if you are serious about your shoes and you want to cheap out by buying them online rather than going to a place like this…you’re loss. You’re going to be wasting time and money. Get professionally fit by experts. It’s so incredibly worth it.

I am new to running. My current sneaker made my feet hurt and ache constantly. Inside Track staff were great and got me in the perfect running shoe. My feet no longer hurt which make running more doable on a daily basis. Thank You. I will definitely be back when I need my next pair of running shoes.

5 stars! Amazing customer service! I'm horrible with names but I think Meredith helped us! She was absolutely amazing! Great attitude great customer service great insight and willing to go the extra mile! It was her and another gentleman working she was able to maintain awesome customer service while helping the other associate and other customers! We're definitely lifetime shoppers now! Ps. I was lucky enough to find shoes on sale that match my dog Clover!

So I’m new to the area I used to run cross country in high school and I had fallen off working out and gotten back into it. My hubby was willing to get me new shoes, I have flat feet and bunions, and let me tell you this place is for me I’ll definitely be back whenever I need another new pair the first shoe i was brought was the one for me. I did look at others just n case, but the center working at the store really knows his stuff. The fact they let me run outside was even more nice! I highly recommend if you’re looking for new running shoes or your kid needs cross country or track shoes you won’t be disappointed!

Walked in to get new shoes since the ones I got last year died lol(wear them almost every day, walking my dog 4-8x a day, running around with kids, coaching volleyball) the gentleman there was so helpful, knew exactly what I needed to help with my feet hurting lately. I grabbed 2 different but very comfortable shoes & will be back! Love how educated, kind & helpful the staff are here-they definitely earned my 5 star today again!

Fantastic experience. I watched the young man working today help a customer try multiple pairs of shoes, and he was still polite and respectful when the customer walked out without buying any. He did a wonderful job of juggling multipe customers. He listened to my needs (my feet are not normal lol), and continued supplying great options until I found the right one. Attentive but not pushy. Also appreciated that they have so many size options.
