Definitely did not enjoy my experience filing my taxes this year. Although this was a DROP OFF service I found myself meeting with my advisor 3-4 times in the office where nothing was ready for me. Each time she never inputted the information I left for her/emailed for her, on her own. She waited for me to come back into the office and inputed the information in front of me. Making my visit each time much longer because nothing was ready to just be reviewed. My advisor, although kept asking me if there is anything else I can claim for my business did not even give me any advice on there different things I can claim for my business. Forcing me to do my own research and figuring out what I can claim. Also the communication is terrible. I emailed her last week on Wednesday and today is Monday (5 days later) and still no response. This service was definitely not worth $400 in fees to their office. I remember on my last visit to the office she asked me again what product I sell for my business...So that should tell you enough lol.
