I used to like going to or using the H&R Block app, until today. I just wanted to check one simple thing to make sure my money was coming to me cause I was a little confused. I was fine when i did my taxes myself, it was super easy, but when i looked at the print out something confused me so i just wanted to make sure it was correct, you know but my goodness customer service needs to improve at all locations, or at least at the ones mentioned below. I spoke to three people today. The first lady (I'll give her 3 1/2 stars) at the Lemoyne location was aggressive but then kinda nice when we were hanging up, the second lady (1 star) at the Union Deposit location transferred me over to the third lady before I was even done talking to her (kinda disrespectful, could have waited until I was done talking) and the third lady (Maria)(you get no stars), I don't know her location cause I was transferred to her, was unnecessary rude like I was talking nice and soft spoken but she was aggressive the second she answered the phone. Not gonna go into detail but she was the worst, the other two don't even compare to her, lets do better Maria.

Today I had an appointment scheduled for 1 pm I showed up by 1250pm. I was told she would be right with meI sat until 132. Now I understand being 10 mins late but to keep me sitting there for that long is unacceptableI do not recommend using this place for any reason.

I went in today 3/28/2022 with an appointment. I sat down and handed over my papers. They didn't ask any questions to try and help me. They didn't even enter my tax information in their system. They were completely useless. If you have more than one paper they sho you out the door. If you have one paper just use turbo tax for free. They don't want to help you, they just want your money. Most disrespectful people I have ever dealt with.

I went into this location because I was rejected online. The lady who sits at the front desk (Linda) sent me in a circle that occupied my entire next morning. Long story short, was given a phone number to call, which transferred me 3 different times and has a wait over an hour long. The lady at this H&R told me that most people come in and get it done in person if they need help, but I did mine online and because of this, she could not help me because I was told " I was trying to save money by doing it online." When asking for the number number to corporate i was also given the wrong number. I had to call another H&R block to try and get the number, when they told me, not only can i have the number, but i can also go in and get my taxes completed. Linda not only essentially called me cheap, but did nothing but provide me with wrong information.. Do yourself a favor and either drive the extra 10 minutes to a different location or use turbotax!
