The hotel itself was great. It appears to be newly built or renovated. The decor was quite modern and tasteful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. Unfortunately, the customer service was a major disappointment. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, which really detracted from the overall experience.
Rooms: Modern decor;very comfortable
Walkability: There is an amazing Target nearby. Several chain restaurants and a lovely diner.
Food and drinks: Nice restaurant in the hotel.

Nice rooms, the breakfast was unimpressive and the poor server was overwhelmed. Location is a bit hard to get out of as the light is short and if you're making a left, it can be challenging.

Travelers beware! I would not book at this hotel again. They charge a $150 deposit without telling you. They tell you there’s complimentary breakfast and then try to charge you $15 for it. We were visiting the hotel for a wedding and the service people were so rude. Disrespect for no reason, just maybe miserable being there. This hotel was about the same as a Red Roof Inn. Not worth the extra price to “stay somewhere nicer” because it’s not nicer at Indigo.

We had a really nice stay. It was only 1 night but the hotel was nice, there were lots of restaurant options and the hotel was clean and quiet.

I've revised my review. There's only one issue I still wish to make known to the management of the Red Lion. The room and the food were good. Near the bar is a Ladies restroom which has a "handicapped" stall however, I have a few people whom are in my family and I know a little about how big a toilet stall has to be for someone in a wheelchair to use it and that one is not big enough. Management is going to say they can't change it for whatever reason. I am not the one you need to explain it to. Plus some of the other stalls are not big enough for those who are "plus" sized. Thank you. I hope the rest of the year goes well for your hotel.

Torturously slow elevator, stiff mattress, and a parking lot full of screaming kids. The staff were nice, though.

I’ve been an Ambassador/Diamond Elite member with IHG since 2013. I’ve been extremely loyal to the brand. I’m also a pilot and stay at IHG properties 70-100 times per year. My schedule can change at a moments notice. I contacted this property to cancel a reservation on the day of arrival due to severe weather in the area. They refused to cancel without charging me a nights fee. I assumed my loyalty to IHG would carry some weight. I’ve had this happen in the past and previous hotels were more than happy to accommodate me due to circumstances. Looking at the other reviews this place has worse problems. Good riddance.

Used there airport parking and they never provided shuttles to or from the airport even though it says they do. When I called to schedule a shuttle no one answered (and I called 6 times). Not worth parking there, just use the actual airport parking. It’s pretty much the same price.

Just stayed there this past weekend for my son baseball tournament. Food Service was horrible as the cook is smoking outside and took 2HRS to make 2 burgers. Bed had dry blood and hair. Alisha Staley, the general manager, said she was short staffed and I could have left the hotel to stay somewhere else. Gotta love that customer service. The cherry on top was having a drunk man walking around the pool area, who wasn’t even a guest, trying to talk to kids by the pool before the cops finally came. Again, Alisha Staley, 500 people in the hotel how am I supposed to know everyone. I would stay away from this hotel.
