amazing customer service. And the store manager, Kyle, made my daughters day with a huge teddy bear! He also went out of his way to find what store had the Christmas tree we wanted so badly they just sold out of. Can't say enough good things about the people who work at this store.

Ordered a double car load of mulch. The person taking our order said it was large but fine and that the workers in home and garden would help load the car. One of the guys named Joey argued that the order was two big. We explained wed come back and him and his friend made a big deal exclaiming "Are you kidding me?!" If you want workers who arent willing to do their job correctly then this is the store for you. We were planning on tipping them, but not after they made such a big deal about having to help load the car. My advice is go to the carlisle pike! The workers are that location go above and beyond to try to help out.

We were expecting a delivery this morning they called my husband while he was at work they were going to be at the house in 15 min. I opened the door waiting for them they showed up parked the truck and never came. Few minutes later they left when I called the home depot right away they said they made an attempt to deliver and we were not there come to find out they had the wrong address to begin with. when we ordered at the store we hand them the ID ro write down the addre

Smaller than the west shore store, this place generally has what you need most of the time. Always a good idea to check online if ever concerned about inventory. Complaints are the lack of really knowledgeable staff and a consistent store layout. This one is different than that most and maybe that's due to the age of the store. I like the new self service checkout stations. Plentiful and pretty quick to make the transaction. I also just picked-up at the online order lockers located at the entrance. I walked right by them at first and had to ask the gentleman manning the online order pick up location where they were. These are separate for online ordering of non-store items. pretty neat! Not feeling generous today, so 4 stars for a 4 star store.

This store has the best manager ever. I went looking for something to finish a sentimental project and Ed helped me find exactly what I needed. Big store with small local hardware store service. He understands the value of customer service!

Took in my back pack blower to be exchanged. After less then a year wouldn't run. Home Depot does not stand behind the product they sell. They said they could send it away to be serviced. And I could have it back it 6-8 weeks. Lowe's, on the other hand does stand behind the products they sell. And their exchange policy is the length of the product warranty. If anything is wrong during the warranty period.. new product. Done. I'm now a Lowe's customer. I left that lame blower at costumer service. $250 product. They can keep the junk. #teamlowes

I've shopped with them over the last two years and have had no problems at all. The people there help you with anything you need and have good advise for you. The return department is handled very well. Just a note, return items during the weekdays and nights when they are not that busy. The weekends will take a good amount of time for the returns.

Extremely disappointed in the service at this homedepot. I had a carpet installation for July 2nd to carpet two rooms and a set of stairs. September 10th, they finished the job. Two and half months with over 6 reschedules! The reschedules included multiple carpet miss measurements, forgetting carpet and forgetting underlayment. Six times, they had to reschedule. Half those times, they would show up to my house without calling to giving an arrival time. Homedepot was unprofessional during this time with lack of communication and always made excuses or passed the blame. At the end of the job, I received no call to apologize for the delay or inconvenience and received zero compensation. Very disappointed with this service

I stopped by this place to purchase a dishwasher, microwave and some accessories for a floor I was installing one day in a kitchen. I was spending about $1,000-$1,200. I grabbed the flooring items first then proceeded to the appliances. I walked around for about 15 minutes looking at the units I liked. Found a few I wanted if in stock then started looking for an associate. Several had walked by while I was looking but none asked if I needed help. I walked around to the section where they show kitchen cabinets. Seated at a desk were two sales people. I walked up. The one with his back to me didn't even turn around to look when I asked if they were busy or if they could help me. The other man asked what I wanted. I told him I wanted to know if they had a couple appliances in stock that I had seen around the corner. He asked me to be specific. The other guy just stood up and walked away. I pointed to the dishwasher and said let's start with that white one over there. He started typing in a computer, again never stood up so who knows if he was looking for the one I pointed at from 20 yards away, then said he didn't have it. I asked about a different one and before I could finish my sentence he cut me off by saying they didn't have any dishwashers in stock. I could tell my business wasn't that important so I just told him to forget it. Left my cart of flooring things there and went to Lowe's. I gave this place 2 stars only because it's close to my house and I use it when I need small things in a pinch. For that use it's convenient but I don't use them for large expenses now or avoid when I can altogether.

Come on, guys....You want us to make Home Depot our "go to" store for everything, right? So, here we are in the middle of winter and your store on Derry street is out of ICE MELT? Instead, you've got a pallet of soft water conditioner pellets as a substitute. They aren't made to melt ice but I understand about inventory control. The biggest difference between Lowes and Home Depot? At Home Depot employees treat you with respect, take time to answer your questions and assist you during shopping. At LOWES employees showed me attitude with pretty much everything, helping out with a price on the shelve?" I don't have a scanner with me you have to go to the service desk "( instead of taking the 10 secs helping me search!) returning items payed with card , he'll NO! Was sent back and forth between department by a guy who better should not work in retail! Turned out they can't return it cause it was discontinued! Similar situation happened at Home Depot , no problem at all even without a receipt, got money back without any complicated questions and stupid procedures! 30 second transaction without any attitude or disrespectful behavior. Military discount now just works with a MyLowes card , well guess what Home Depot still does it the easy way, check ID at the register and that's it. No thank you Lowes I don't need all this trouble and complicated procedure and people treating me disrespectful I like the fact that Home Depot hires older people, Veterans and a also lots of younger people with experience and enthusiasm to assist customers. Lowes seems to hire everybody they can find without any kind of retail background experience or willingness to assist customers !
