I don’t recommend their home delivery. I had a simple item to be delivered and was never delivered despite paying the extra $35 to have it delivered on a specific day. The terrible outsourced delivery company took a photo of the back of his truck and claimed it was delivered. C’mon! I called customer service and was placed on hold and someone completely different answered and had to go through my take of woe yet again. Get it together Home Depot!

came in for paint. had exactly what I needed to tell the lady at the paint counter. she spoke to me like I was a moron shutting me up before I got to tell her what color I needed. I'll just go to lowes next time. note for her. if she hates her job find a new one. and to boot she slammed my stuff on the counter. I won't be back here

I would like to thank the young man working the shopping carts this morning. His name is Miguel, he tried so hard to help me when my truck was broke down in your lot. He was very curtious and offered to call a tow truck . Thankfully , with the help of my wife and brother in law, I was able to get my truck running again.

I ordered a washer and dryer stacking set it was delivered without the stacking kit, the store gave me a stacking kit they had in stock when the men came to install it they opened to the box to find not all the pieces in the box and the kit was used, it was originally delivered on a Monday, Thursday they attempted to come back out to stack it and were not able to, shelving unit being installed by another company needed to cancel the appointment for that because Home Depot sti

7 Day Carpet Installation was nothing but a lie to make a sale. We are now on day 18. Manager Mark, admitted it was not actually 7 Day Carpet. It is "carpet that can come in quicker from the Mill". Never received a call back from Mark or the Install manager about how Home Depot will rectify this situation. We have now had to take extra days off work and push back other Contractors due to Home Depots negligence. Nancy, the Associate who sold us the carpet, lied to make a sale. She told us the carpet would be installed in our home by April 5th. This was the false pretense that we ordered the carpet under. Reporting to the BBB.

I was extremely disappointed in my service/nonservice with home depot. I just moved into a home and wished to have my carpets replaced ASAP. I went in and picked out my carpet and padding type and scheduled an estimate. They came to do the measurement then sent me the estimate. I was fine with it and called to pay and schedule. They said they refused to schedule a date with me until I paid. But I wanted to have a general idea of when they would be able to get in, so that was irritating, considering they were asking me for over $1,300 for a small area of my house. Regardless, I wanted it done, so I said I would go ahead and pay. The woman on the phone then judged me for not coming in to "confirm my colors". I told her I was already in to pick out colors, but she insisted I come in and double check.The guy on the phone in the billing department then spoke to me like I was some uneducated woman and asked me, "wait, so you're just gonna pay your bill without having me walk through it with you?" I can read, and they emailed the estimate, so I didn't feel the need to request that he read it to me. But regardless, I allowed him to do so, then I agreed to come to store to pay. Therefore, after my 12.5 hour shift as a nurse, I stopped in at the time they told me to to double check my colors and pay my bill. I waited for half an hour, just for them to tell me their carpet expert didn't come in that day and I would have to wait for 2 hours (because apparently nobody else in the store could swipe my credit card). I said heck no and left. I then called back again that day to pay over the phone. The woman attempted to input my card 3 times, saying it was declined. There was no way. I confirmed before calling that I had sufficient funds. I called my bank and they said there was no issue. Home depot then had a customer service person attempt to run the card again, who also said it was declined. He told me that their card machine sometimes doesn't work intermittently, so I can just call back in a day or 2 and it should be working again. This is a giant chain company and can't figure out how to work their credit card machines. All of this after them telling me they couldn't even tell me when they would be able to fit me in for the installation. I then went through another company, who put my card through with no issues. Go with Couch Potato Carpet. They had amazing customer service, pricing, and quality.

Getting new carpet and went to Home Depot. Kathy was amazing and we decided to purchase. Yesterday, "Jake" was supposed to come measure our house but stated that company policy demands all people in the house must wear a mask while he is there!!!!! Nope. I advised him kindly we are happy to distance from him but he still said no - we cancelled the order. Advised Store manager "Greg", who denied such policy, said he would look into it. Had a wonderful gentleman help me get an assembled gas grill (wasn’t expecting it to be assembled) into my Mazda. He didn’t get frustrated with me and my stubbornness to get it into the car. Huge thank you!

Not a bad store to pick up things, the employees can be helpful if you manage to catch one that isn't busy. They also have crafts for kids on occasion. This was the first store in the shopping area and it seems that none of the other stores connected to this one, so it's sort of a pain to get to. You need to get on the correct road or you'll end up back on Jonestown road.

The absolute worst company for ordering and delivery of appliances. If I could give them negative stars I would. Had issues with an order and the manager would never be bothered to get engaged to get on the phone to take care of a very unsatisfied customer. Go somewhere, anywhere else to make your appliance purchases!

We just recently purchased a carpet from Home Depot, Harrisburg, PA. We primarily interacted with Karen in flooring. We would not recommend purchasing any flooring materials from the flooring department at Home Depot. We asked and were assured by Karen, to make sure the binding was not visible as we have other carpets on our hardwood floors that are bound that way. When the carpet arrived it was bound with approximately a half inch of stitching. We called Karen several times although she does not return phone calls, we reached her to explain our frustration. She indicated that there was nothing she would do about the matter. Please be advised not to purchase any flooring materials from the carpeting and flooring department at Home Depot, Karen was misleading and arrogant regarding the matter.
