Went in to purchase a few last minute items for my daughter's wedding, I was approached by sales people a few times to inform me that "all silks are buy one get one free" and there were signs everywhere stating the same, that ALL silks are buy one get one free. I got to the register and the cashier rang me up... the total was double what I expected and had only purchased silk greenery. I questioned the total and was told " oh those aren't included in the sale" I will never return!!!

God, thank you, blessings, very clean and organized, it is a cozy place to look for whatever you need since they have a variety of products that allow you to activate your imagination to give life to your creations, visit it and check that it has a plan to carry out some creativity. Had a problem for a project for candy give aways at an event. They staff helped me come up with an idea to help and took the time to help which you don’t see much of anymore. Hats off to this great staff.

My experience as a senior and a person that worked her whole life in RETAIL SALES is this! When any " customer" walks in any store the SALES PEOPLE should NEVER stand there and POINT to any isle or corner of the establishment when a CUSTOMER asks you where something is! YOU NEVER POINT! And a customer shouldn't have to ask for a manager to help them. If the SALES HELP is that LAZY then retrain them and hope you get a person that wants to work and is eager to help CUSTOMERS and appreciate them OR get rid of the employee. I won't be purchasing anything from a Hobby Lobby again.
