Dave's a nice guy, had him replace a couple of windows for me over the past few years. His prices were reasonable and he was on time. The problem is, 2 of the windows leak when it rains. He came back and put more caulk on it, but it still leaks bad, every time it rains. I'm not one to complain or write reviews, but I tired of it. I don't recommend his service

WARNING this guy is a SCAM ARTIST. This company/ "Dave " Herzler came out to replace a Broken Front windshield on 5-3-19 . After the installation and payment of $300 he left the driveway , not 10 mins after he left I realized the "New" window he installed was broken . I called and text him right away to let him know about the problem and he said he would be out the next day with a replacement window. People make mistakes so I was understanding. The next day he was a No show. Forward over one month later and 4 more scheduled appointments and No shows I've come to the realization that this guy is a SCAMMER. I've contacted the Better Business Bureau and now I'm going to have to sue him in court. If anyone has been scammed by this guy and has any information on him please email me at

bad service. NO STARS. rude owner. windshield wasn't put in correct, globs of glue on windshield, windshield leaked 3" of water in my jeep three times ruined the wiring on passenger side. Had to take jeep to get carpet cleaned of water/mold smell. called hertzler to fix his mistake he told me he did the job and to deal with it he was not going to fix the problem. wanted to give no stars but wouldn't post unless i put a star

I waited a few months to review to check for leaks etc to give a correct assessment. They came out promptly, was professional and polite. He is direct and short but not rude. My windshield is a good job, no leaks or issues after 4 months. He gives a warranty for any issues which I didn't have to use. I would definitely recommend. I would use him again. Does not accept credit cards so make note of that.

Please don't think I actually wanted to rate Hertzler Glass "Moblle service",mr I'm Dave the owner with no personality with one star, because I don't think he even deserves one star. He's a complete idiot and an azzhole. He's rude, unprofessional, a complete idiot. Obviously he doesn't care how nasty his disposition is. He may be cheaper, but I'll rather pay more verses give this azzwipe any of my money. His service and his personality SUCKS, read his reviews. He's obviously has the little person complex, among other things. Being direct is one thing, but being rude is another. I can be direct, however, but I'm professional. Money talks and bs walks and he's the bs that walks. Don't waste your time and energy on this fool. This fool has it twisted on who's paying who for this service.

I believe this guy has stole my money I gave him $80 2 days ago to come back in the afternoon to fix my window and I haven't seen him yet after two days of telling me he's going to come at a different part of the day at every part of the day service is terrible and he actually got smart with me when I asked him why does he keep giving me all these different times and never show up

Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL! The guy Dave I spoke to called me an idiot after I complained about him continuing to reschedule my appointment After receiving payment, it took him a week to service my car and when he finally got to it he couldn't finish the job! Not only that but he Does Not Clean Up the GLASS!

Definitely do NOT use this company. They put a new windshield in my Honda in November. It leaked the next day, both air and water. The owner, Dave, came up with excuse after excuse not to fix the leak. He made appointments and never showed up. My favorite was his daughter graduated the police academy and he had to watch her kids because she got a job right away. We took the car to a garage he uses to work on car, New Cumberland Auto Parts. We dropped it off before Christmas. Dave said he'd fix it and we could have the car back Monday. (he actually kept pushing the time out). We know he was at New Cumberland Auto Parts because Dave put a windshield in a car for them, BUT he did not work on my car. We picked our car up when he said it would be done. Called him out on not fixing it. He got mad because "he's busy and it'll take him HOURS to fix it." Two weeks ago I told him to call me when he had time to fix it, never heard from him. Got a reputable company to fix it. It turns out Dave left an 18 inch area on the passenger side with NO GLUE. That was both the air and water leak we have. Also was told he used a machine to take out the old windshield and bent our window frame. So I had to pay for the repair twice, but I glad he didn't "fix it". I am certain he never would have corrected the [problem. He IS the problem.

He came promptly but my windshield leaks... He keeps promising to come fix it however its been almost 2 months. Water has damaged the interior roof and is stained. He said he would have it detailed buy still no word. 240 dollars and I'm disgusted but he will either take care of this or go to court.

Called to get a quote the owner is RUDE and got angry when my mother in law was asking questions. He is a cash ONLY business and she asked if she would receive receipt and he was upset to see if he was the window repair person or not. USE SAFELITE MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!
