I needed a lock for a door they had variety and I walked away a satisfied customer, plus the cashier recognized a queen standing in front of him and he acknowledged it, that was a plus in my book, ?

I was able to look online and found the car cargo rack I wanted in stock and super affordable. Showed up and the staff was super helpful in locating and checking the specs for me.

I signed up for their loyalty program and was bombarded with emails. I went to unsubscribe and they use some of the most scam tactics possible to trick you into not unsubscribing. This should be illegal. Shame on you harbor freight. If you need to use deception to get people into your store, you shouldn't be in business.

This location is amazing!! Definitely will come here before checking the usual big box stores. I know this is technically still a big box store but their prices are hard to compete with, and I use my fair share of hand and power tools, and gotta say I enjoy most of the Quinn and Icon hand tools much more then their competitors at Lowes or Home Depot. Icon is definitely nicer in every aspect than Kobalt, and Craftsman. I would say it’s on par with Milwaukee. Their power tools seem to hold up just fine for regular home use, but I know plenty of contractors that use their brands and just love the warranty.

Very busy Saturday morning due to sale, only one check out open, although there were three other employees floating throughout the store. Wanted a bench grinder; asked one of the floaters if it was in stock. They said to go and pay for it, and if it is out of stock, they will let me know. The checkout line was 10 deep and moving slowly... I decided to leave.

I always find what I need, and then some! Associates working there are friendly and helpful. It's a great place to find what you need quickly, especially when you're in the middle of a project and you find you need an extra tool to finish the job.
