If you're jobless & have all day to waste then this is the place for you! Brought a family member in for an appointment today that was scheduled for 12 and it's 1:53 & he STILL has not been seen. When I go out to check I'm told "the doctor is running a little behind" a little behind is like 30 minutes & understandable. We have been here for 2 HOURS!!! This is absolutely ridiculous & don't think about rescheduling because the next available appointment is not until November. Sad what our community is expected to just put up with. He never waits more than a few minutes when we are at "other" facilities

Went for an extraction of a broken tooth and the dentist was so quick n efficient!!! Healing was fast and I'm so thankful!!!

I was on hold for 45 minutes trying to make an appointment. This is the most unprofessional staff that I’ve ever encountered. They are rude , inconsiderate and most of all they don’t value a person’s time.

The doctors are excellent but the staff is too slow. I had an exam and I had to wait more than an hour and they never gave me an appointment. I don't know why they have a hard time caring for patients in that way. It's very bad.

Asked to send release information to a new doctors office it’s been 2 days no one has released anything so what do I have to do ? Call them to hurry the process I shouldn’t have to do that, unbelievable .

I love it!!!! I have been going since my prenatal appointments, I have always been treated quite well by both the doctors and the receptionists, they are quite friendly when it comes to answering a question, you can ask what you want and they always respond very well, the best thing is the ease of doing things, everything is the same and almost everyone speaks Spanish.

Rude customer service. Tried to set up an appointment with a dentist for my children, but they aren't accepting new patients. If your receptionist is any indication of how you treat patients, I'll gladly find another place. It was obvious she didn't want to be bothered.

Lmfao. Couldn’t set an appointment here because I didn’t show up to my last appointment fair but how many times have I not been able to have make an appointment because you are low on doctors or dentist. Shame how I couldn’t make a behavior health appointment without being Referred by women’s health.

Went here because my face was swollen like a balloon. I got to see Dr.Younis! I absolutely adore him! Very sweet man and has your best interest at heart no I do not think that this place is perfect, but it makes a huge difference when you have ppl that actually care.

To many times I have sat in the office for 3 or 4 hours before even being seen by the Dr. They only do that because they start charging your insurance from the time you walk in until the time you leave. They are litterly getting away with fraudulent times to insurance companies. And the desk workers are horrible, I walked out last time I was in there because they had 5 desk people there behind the desk for checkout and only 1 was actually doing any work. They had a 8 person line for check out. Maybe if there employees would gossip less while working they actually get work done.
