I recently stopped in to check out World Market and have a look at what kind of wares they sell. Upon entering, I noticed American snacks, such as Doritos and chips and several video gambling machines. I strolled the aisles and saw Indian and other Asian gift items, wrapping paper, cookware, veggies, drinks, frozen treats, large sacks of rice, etc. It's really quite a colorful and eclectic collection. I didn't need anything, so I left empty-handed. Friendly couple at the register, but their English was somewhat limited in understanding my questions. Anyway, be sure to check them out for your Asian cooking and gift needs. They just might have what you're looking for.
