I just had some Chinese food, which I haven't had in some time. The portion size is smaller, and I understand with prices being higher. The quality of the food has dropped tremendously. That should never happen.

I love my Giant. It’s my local grocery store right there down on the hill for me on Linglestown Road in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania Susquehanna Township. have a wide variety. There is a liquor store right next to it. They sell wine and beer inside of Giant and there’s also a Starbucks. They do a great job with online shopping. Enjoy my shopping hand scanner as I go through the store and I sent my items and then when I get to the register, all I have to do is pay. It’s called scan and go or easy shop.

Big beautiful clean store, lots of Kosher. Loads of carts at the door.
However, as opposed to Giant on 22 which has many cashiers, this Giant has very few, so you're most likely being forced into the self checkout. For the prices they need more cashiers.

I use to love Giant. Their prices were reasonable and their hours were so convenient. Now Their prices are the same as Wegmans. I can get name brands for the same price you charge for some store brand products. I use to be able to stop into Giant before work if I was out of creamer in the morning or needed something for a pot luck, but not anymore. The deli doesn't open until 8 or 10 at some locations. What use is that of you need food for lunch? They no longer keep fresh salads ie potato salad ect. Its all prepacked lb containers of 5 types of potato salad and 7 types of Amish pasta salad with a greek salad mixed in. I can no longer get a small portion. Weis, Redners, Wegmans, hell even Walmart still allows you to get a half countainer. I'm one person I won't eat a whole lb of pasta salad or do I need to be wasteful and throw it out. Some of the choices you all are making to cut corners are cutting out your advantages on why I should come to Giant and not drive 5 more mins to go to Weis. Your higher ups need to actually shop at the store and stop making decisions that look good on paper but suck in practice.
