I absolutely love giant, the only issue I have with this store is it gets packed quick and staff isn't always booked.

I was just at this store. I was approached by a men in the parking lot asking for money. I felt unsafe .I made 4 phone calls to the store, to report it . no one answered the three calls. It kept hanging up after 3 minuntes on hold.

Tried to get some baby food. There was a lady sitting on the floor with multiple carts blocking the aisle. She asked me if I needed help and I told her no and she touched me anyway. Made me VERY uncomfortable. Please do not ever touch a customer. Not everyone wants help.

I will say this store is clean and well taken care of. However I gave it originally 1 star because even though this is the closes store to me I'd rather drive 3 miles to go to a less crowded store. So it's not really the store that is the problem.
