Fulton Bank is a nice small regional bank here in Central PA. It's fine for personal accounts. But in my experience, when it comes to needing a small business account -- stay away. The in-branch staff seems very unfamiliar with the process, it took a full month for me to gain online access to my own business checking account. Only then did I discover that there is no option in the "BOSS" system online to get paperless statements -- you have to go into the branch to request paperless statements. There is also no mobile app for biz accts, no option in the online business system to link external accounts, nor to pay bills. (!!! what year is it, 1995? !!!) Also if you rely on the Zelle network (which the person who set up my account had never heard of) to make & receive payments, this bank is not in that network -- so transfers are slow and are limited to the daily max on your debit card. But, again, for friendly small-town service there are nice products for personal accounts and the web interface on the personal side is just fine.
