Very well run: Building is always clean, professional staff that are courteous and responsive to concerns. Lots of activities and relatively low price. Other customers are friendly and respectful. Amazing community at a great value.

I am handicapped, i use 2 canes to walk. i joined to use the pool to learn to walk without the risk of falling, falling in water doesn't hurt. I quit my membership because the facility is unsafe for mobility challenged ppl to get to and from the pool area. I talked to several staff members, demonstrated the problems. 7 doors without handicapped buttons make it too risky to get to the pool area. a lawyer, suggested I needed to communicate to the executive board. which I did, giving them several inexpensive ideas to remove the risk of falling. I have fallen due to wet floors and seen others fall as well. this is not a joke. it hurts when we fall. for them to not communicate or take steps to remove the risk of injury is simply neglectful. a rehab facility is connected to this pool area, so many walking challenged ppl. use this facility. its just a matter of time until someone gets hurt and the courts become involved. you are supposed to be community oriented. I need this pool access to recover my ability to walk. I am motivated, but quit because the risk is too great. you failed me!!!! not returning my e-mails is Inexcusable.

Lasted one week at this facility. Sorry, but this place is overrun by the inner-city. Joined with Silver Sneakers to work out and there are kids running all around, the younger members DO NOT CLEAN THE EQUIPMENT AFTER USE, and no one monitors this, some members sit on the equipment for prolonged periods of time reading their e-mail and no one monitors this either. I heard parents tell their kids they would be back in two hours to pick them up and they were definitely under 12. Poorly run and monitored--try Planet Fitness or Five Bridges.

Hopefully, they keep the equipment upgraded and maintained. Some wear and tear shown.

Same bad management as the other Ys. The whole system is pretty much corrupt. They say they are a non profit but doubtful.

Great location, but has become a daycare center. If you're looking to workout i suggest east shore location. I need to update this, its July 2022 and this location has become unbearable. Between the 100 children in the parking lot, the 100 children laying in the hallways and the chaos that is the basketball court i can't stand this location anymore. I know daycare is profitable but you clearly forgot who you were serving first. Not to mention that there used to be 2 private swim sessions Friday and Sunday 90 minutes each but now its anyone all the time. The Dorney Park pool isn't this full. Some very nice staff members but this location sucks.

Since the Y has taken over this place has a lot of new equipment and the pool was redone. But what is the point when the facility has over 100 kids running around and the pool is constantly in use because of classess. Over the months this has gotten worse and worse to the point that after 4 years I am seriously considering getting a new membership.

Great family rates! The Friendship Center YMCA also has three pools but the hours are not that great. Closed on Saturdays.

Used to be good until ymca took over. Now it's daycare for kids. Parents drop them off all day. They kids are animals.
