We had great expenrince with, Alec! Highly recommend him since he was really patient with all the procedure and paperwork and everything! He helped us for so many hours to make sure everything is all set! Also, Sebastian, the finance manager, helped a lot regarding the packages and everything he tried his best for the best deal for us!

I love this place!!! I originally went to a different Toyota to start with looking for a RAV4, they didn’t really want to make much of an effort to help me and just said it may take a couple of months. when I called heritage Toyota and told them what I was looking for, they instantly made calls and got what I was looking for on their lot. I called in on a Wednesday and by Friday I was in the RAV4 I wanted! They kept me updated the entire time, they called everyday between Wednesday and Friday to make sure I was updated on what was going on and when the vehicle would arrive! This dealership will make things happen very quick and fast! Everyone who worked with me on getting into my 24 RAV4 was amazing! They have excellent customer service! They all made things happen very quickly!! I highly recommend this Toyota dealership!! I worked with Wayne and Pinkney! They both made everything extremely easy and fast! As well as the other staff I worked with!! Thank you all for your help with getting me into my vehicle that I’ve been wanting!! I’m loving it!!!

I picked up a 24' tundra from Heritage toyota. I talked with Chris on the phone and he guaranteed me the deal he was giving me. I dealt with Gary in sales when I arrived to pick my new truck up and Scott in finance. These guys are Straight to the point and no BS. That's the way my wife and I like it. We will definitely be back to do more business.

They called and left a voice mail. Then a text. I was told I could go in Saturday. But when I was texting on Saturday the gentleman never replied. So I just went over. I couldn’t find the entrance so without knowing it I went next door to the jeep side and winded up just getting a jeep. After I bought the jeep I was getting emails asking why I didn’t get the jeep through them. No one even replied.

As of right now I am not pleased with the Service Department in the least at this location. The only tiny possible saving grace is Toyota Corporate, whom I had to get involved but I don't know it I'd buy another Toyota just so I can avoid dealing with the Service department.
The only reason I give this place a 3 is because I can't give it a 2.5 and my experience with service was for the most part flawless. Choosing the vehicle, giving them my requirements and expectations that were met and delivery were absolutely simple processes, the only thing that I wasn't fond of or didn't make sense to me is they still had to run my credit even though I came in with a check for the vehicle I was getting. Not sure why they had to do a hard pull. But that was the only distasteful part of the interaction.
