Was there 8 long hours. A lot of going back and forth with my trade in value etc. Took way longer than anticipated or should have taken. But aside from that… highly recommend Tyson. Very professional, polite, went above and beyond for me, took very good care of me, and made a long grueling process somewhat fun and endurable. So far I’m loving my first jeep.

They’re dishonest. I bought a 2020 jeep grand Cherokee from them 1 year and almost 5 months ago. I have called over 40 times and have sent countless emails trying to get my problem resolved. There was a small amount of paint missing off the one door and I told them I was going to pass on the vehicle however they promised me they would correct the paint “like it was new” if I’d purchase the vehicle. I agreed and now here we are. I took the vehicle up the one time and they put some white marker over it and said here. Even the salesman I was dealing with was like “I know this isn’t right and you won’t like it”. Since then it’s been a battle to get this corrected. Did I mention they were also suppose to change the oil and tighten the E break? Well that was also never corrected. They actually just reset the oil alert. When I got it changed the mechanic said it definitely hasn’t been changed in a while because it was deep black. You guys have 1 week from today, 8/19/2024, to correct this issue otherwise I will be filing a lawsuit for selling a vehicle under false pretenses.

My car was overheating while traveling and i got stuck sending my car here to be fixed. After paying $300, having to get a rental car, and waiting 3 business days (6 days total) my car started overheating again less than an hour away from this shop. I live 3 hrs from the shop so I can’t even go back to get my refund or have them ~actually~ fix my car. Additionally, I had to keep calling them to get an update on my car instead of them contacting me as they investigated. overall disappointed and down hundreds of dollars with a still broken vehicle.

Editing my initial review. The sales process was smooth enough but I was sold a car that never should’ve passed PA state inspection.
Within 2 months of owning the car the rear brakes were entirely fried and I was told the car was unsafe and never should’ve passed inspection by another dealer. Needs new rotors, calipers, and brake pads because the brakes were installed incorrectly AND missing parts of the brake assembly. I called the dealer and was told I would receive a call back and I have received radio silence.
If you buy a used vehicle here make sure to have it inspected by an independent shop before the warranty period is up. Heritage cannot be trusted to do a thorough job to ensure the vehicles they put on the road are safe.

Lackluster sales process and terrible car detailing made this experience very poor. Made a special trip back that is over an hour for me after purchase to get the car detailed as offered since we didn’t have time at purchase. They had the car for 6 hours and seemed as though they just ran it through a car wash. The car was filthy inside when we got it and only drove it for a week on very few short trips and the interior was a dirty as it was when we turned it in. Things that would come off with a wet rag but clearly wasn’t touched. It was not worth going out of my way for.
When we worked with the sales manager for our trade I was told by that manager they give top dollar for trades and their first offer was thousands dollars less than we got from 2 other dealerships on their first offer. We had to negotiate multiple times to get that value to leave with the vehicle we wanted. The sales person was fairly new and didn’t know much about the vehicle but she was polite and accommodating at least.
I’m in sales and understand the process to which this one lacked in some of the basics. Would not recommend.
