I haven’t had many problems with fishbone over the past few years but yesterday my board snapped the same day I got it. I called the store and told the employee what happened and without asking for any sort of refund they got very defensive and immediately blamed me for landing the trick wrong. If the board snapped directly along the bolts it was more than likely over tightened trucks from the employee that caused a pressure crack which I never blamed the employee for originally. A simple no, unfortunately all board sales are final would’ve been much better.

This store has the most amazing staff and customer service I have experienced ever....I drove 2 hrs to get here to purchase accessories for my Son's skateboard and left with a brand new board for my Son...The only mistake I made was not recording y Son's face when he received his new Board...What an Amazing Staff, Yes I was there on Saturday 2/18/2023.....Jocelyn was Amazing they built the new board for my Son it's beautiful !!!One more thing I called him while in the store and Ms. JOCELYN HEARD THE WHOLE CONVERSATION ABOUT HIS FAVORITE COLORS....EXPERIENCE WAS BEYOND EXCELLENT...

Such friendly and helpful staff! We came here to get a birthday present for a friend's daughter(10) who just picked up skateboarding. They were so helpful letting us know what's in and what not. We also grabbed a short longboard for our 17yo son, we will def be back!

Brough my son in to build his first board. The young lady did a great job explaining everything and helping him to get it the way he wanted. She also showed him how to put on the grip tape, which he enjoyed. A+ experience!

We came for a skate board for my daughter with no knowledge of what we wanted or needed. We were greeted immediately upon entering by a young guy who was very nice and another young girl took the time to explain everything and point us in the right direction. It was a great experience and we left with a new long board.

The sales lady was very helpful. Helped my 8 year old daughter find a pair of sk8s. Let her try on a couple pairs and was very patient and friendly.

Despite having few options due to the supply chain issues plaguing the entire nation I was able to find snowboard gear that fit me and that I was happy with. Other retailers in the surrounding counties had nothing in my size. Staff is great too, Jocelyn is very knowledgable, helpful, and patient with every customer. This retailer also offers competitive pricing and reward bonuses with each purpose for returning customers which I have utilized and have been very happy with. I will be back. Check them out if you're in need of snowboard gear.
