I purchased my 2024 Camry in May. A few weeks later I noticed the fabric on the rear armrest was not connected to the cup holder, almost as if the fabric had been cut too short, so the foam was exposed. I called and was told to bring it in. I stopped in on July 5th, at which time the representative checked it out, scanned the QR code on the inside of my door and told me the part would be ordered. A month goes by and I never hear anything back. I placed a call in the beginning of August and found out the new armrest was never ordered. Spoke with a representative in parts and was told there was an armrest in Kentucky and it would arrive in 3 days. Another 2 weeks pass and I don't hear anything. I placed another csll and spoke with Brent and he then became the point of contact. He called me back the next day and I was able to have the new arm rest installed today August 30, 2024.
I am not new to Faulkner. I had a Nissan Rogue that I leased through Faulkner Nissan of Mechanicsburg. The customer service there was superb. I was expecting the same level of customer service at Faulkner Toyota and this is not what I received. I dropped my car off since I needed to get back home to work. I live about 5 mins away. I was told a ride could be provided to me; however, since they don't typically provide rides, I would have to find a ride back to pick my car up. When my Rogue needed new tires I took it to Mechanicsburg. I wasn't able to wait, not only was an Uber provided for me to get home, an Uber was sent to pick me back up.
I understand this is a newer facility and the ability to have your car washed is not an option at the moment but not even a vaccum? My son must have left a few snacks in the old armrest which were just thrown on the floor in the back of my car.
I am not happy with the service I received. The only reason I'm not giving 1 star is because Brent took charge and rectified the situation of the part not being ordered.

This was one of the most professional, prompt, and efficient dealerships I have worked with. Anthony Gilbert went above and beyond to provide excellent service. He was upfront from the get go. He gave me the most competitive price. And his promptness and attention helped make this experience extremely pleasant.
Antonio Pena also went above and beyond when we were doing the final financial closing for the car. He was very good at explaining everything, and provided insightful expertise when introducing the different options available. I absolutely recommend the team on Faulkner and to top it their facilities are beautiful and very well kept. 5/5 Thank you!!

I have been very pleased with Faulkner Toyota. They have been very helpful before and after I purchased my Toyota Avalon. Randy has always been very helpful when I bring the car in for service. My car drives great after service today. One of the ladies was kind enough to lend me her reading glasses so I could fill out paperwork. ?
