Had an oil change and inspection done on our 2018 Subaru Outback. The staff is always very courteous and professional. The waiting area is very comfortable with many snack and drink options.

Recently ( Aug 2024) we leased a brand new Suburu Ascent Onyx Edition from Faulkner Suburu if Harrisburg. The experience was really comfortable and we couldn’t love driving this vehicle more! The entire staff was welcoming with no pressure. from Sales (Leo) to Financing-everyone there is great. We got a great service package and our car came in just a few days later. You can never go wrong with Faulkner, and Faulkner Suburu didn’t disappoint!!! They met the customer’s needs and will find you the perfect car.

Absolutely incredible experience. Worked with Todd and had a new car within days. None of the typical dealership run around just straight numbers and business. Everyone I worked with was incredible from Todd, the managers, and including the driver who brought me my car from Harrisburg. Will use again

We bought a Jeep Wrangler for our 16 year old off Caleb Warnick. He was absolutely amazing. Super friendly and knowledgable. He made the experience fantastic and changed our views on car salesmen!! Would highly recommend Caleb and the team at Faulkner.

I took my forester there to fix the ac - stopped blowing cold air - they took a look and charged me 1400 to replace the compressor and then three days later it stopped working again so I went back and they said now the condenser was broken and that would be an additional 1400 - if they had properly identified both parts of the same system at the first visit and diagnosed it correctly it dramatically would have changed my choice to fix it - instead I’m now out of 1400 and my problem isn’t technically fixed.
I do not recommend them for service until they get some better quality control or problem purchase a vehicle from

I am a technician at an automotive shop and I had a Subaru Forester that was burning oil due to a piston ring issue. Was very impressed by the parts departments knowledge. I got a short block, all the timing components, and a head gasket kit from them. Nothing was missing and all the parts arrived on time. Thanks.

We are not - unfortunately - related to the owners, but wanted to share that we had a great car buying experience. Leo and Aaron helped us every step of the way in choosing the right car. We went to the dealership with a plan of the exact model we wanted but they helped us find a better fit and then made sure we were happy with it. Everyone at the dealership has been so nice and helpful and we absolutely love our new Forester! The next time we are in the market for a car, we're going to Faulkner Subaru.

We had a wonderful experience with Faulkner Subaru. We love our Subaru Crosstrek. Joe Tritch was very helpful while we made our decision between two different vehicles. Mitch was so knowledgeable when explaining all of the car’s technology. He explained things very clearly and provided some very helpful suggestions.
The only negative was purchasing the cord free charger add on. It does not work as expected. It often disconnects and works a little bit better only if the phone case is removed. I wish we had been made aware of this before adding this option.

I’d like to take a moment to give a shout out to the team at Faulkner Subaru. I showed up today thinking I had an appointment for service, but in my typical wet-brain fashion I didn’t actually schedule it. Upon arrival Owen and Terry did everything they could to get me in there today for an AC issue despite my mistake. While waiting, I was greeted by Steve the finance manager. Steve is a true professional and I can tell has a real passion for helping people. I look forward to working with him on our next purchase. Upon receiving the diagnosis, I was introduced to Joie the service manager. She informed me of the problem and was more fair than I could ever ask for in addressing it. Service like I received today will net Faulkner a lifetime customer!

Everyone who works here is so kind and helpful! I got a flat on the Capital Beltway and pulled in here to see if their service department was open. While that department was closed when I arrived, the sales team quickly offered to let me stay inside in the AC, and have snacks and water while I wait for AAA. A huge shoutout to Dan!! When he found out AAA was going to take nearly 2 hours to arrive, he not only changed my tire to the spare, but walked me through how to do it in case I am ever in a situation like this again. I cannot speak more highly of everyone who works here, but especially Dan! I am so thankful for their kindness during a stressful time.
