Need parts to fix my subaru forester. Then they don't ship all the parts I needed. This was the third place looking for the parts I need. Will never get another subaru. If this is there great service forget a very important part. I had to try and find ir else where. Great service right.

This was the most customer focused business I have dealt with in decades. The parts department worked with me to get my order done on line. Polite, funny, invested in my business. The dealership gives a shipping fee break on orders over $50. I couldn't find any other Subaru parts provider that does that. I placed my order and two days later it was on my doorstep. I couldn't believe it. They are now my go-to parts shop for my Subie. I wish I lived closer so that I could have them service my vehicle

We bought our car from David G. He was incredibly responsive, helpful and transparent. He also went above and beyond to help us with a minor issue we had after buying our car. It's been 6 months and we are so happy with our Subaru :)

Full disclosure: We are a Subaru family. Three in the garage/driveway, the last purchased either the 7th or 8th one. And if you're a Subaru family in Harrisburg, you take your business to Faulkner. That said, I'm continually impressed by the service and value offered at Faulkner. They go out of their way to satisfy the customer, whether it be sales or service.

Took 10 days to get an appointment, then was told I was 152 miles over the warranty and it needed $1800 in wheel bearings. Car only had 60152 miles on it. Staff was also rude to another customer in line and rolled eyes in front of other customers when I left. Horrible with a capital H. After that treatment went across the street and got a completely different experience with Rahal Honda. Don't waste your time!

Wonderful service. Our tire pressure sensor was going off yet our tires seemed fine. I'm just a few minutes, they checked the tires, confirmed they were set and sent us on our way without charge. Thank you!!

I love my new Subaru and recommend Faulkner in Harrisburg if you are shopping. A great deal on a great car. Purchase was easy with a lot done online and by phone. Encore service to return after driving it is a great way to learn a lot about your new purchase.
