This dealership, particularly Jake, my sales representative, was willing to work with me and earned my trust more so than any Nissan dealership in New York. Quite impressive. I recommend this dealership and Jake to anyone reading this review. Obviously, you are interested in purchasing a Nissan, so trust that this dealership will do the right thing by you to earn your trust. The only downside is that I still live in New York and it’s a trip to come say hello.

Never thought buying a car could make feel so seen! Really didn't want to go through the process of buying a vehicle right now - but I was worried for nothing! As soon as I got to Faulkner JG greeted me and really got to know what my financial goals were, what i valued most in a car as a mother, and what i was hoping to happen while I was there. We stuck with my plan the whole time and today, I rode to work in style!!

If I could give a 10 star review, I would! It’s been about 10 years since I’ve purchased a car from a dealership, my first experience wasn’t great. I’d been on a stressful search for something dependable and reliable without getting scammed, ripped off, or just attitude. I was a bit skeptical about trying again but I also wasn’t looking to throw my money away on something not worth it then have nothing. I walked in to Nissan Harrisburg at my wits end , I gave him the Situation and he got me a car! 2019 Nissan Versa. Shout out to Zach at Faulkner Nissan Hbg, I’m forever grateful for all your help. He is nothing short of amazing at his job. He answered every single question, explained everything in detail, friendly, professional, all around he turned what was once a stressful situation into a great experience and I can’t thank you enough! I also had an issue with getting it home, Zach drove the car to my house! His manager Hasan was nothing but helpful as well. He also walked me through the last few things leaving nothing out! Not once did they act like I was a burden or annoyed.. they were professional, down to earth and THEY CARED, That isn’t something you see a lot of these days. I’ve said it a million times but thank you so much, you guys are much appreciated! It’s still sinking in that I now have a car. MY CAR! Two friends of mine have also purchased from Nissan Hbg as well with no complaints. One friend recommend Josh, she had a great experience trading in her car with him recently. I highly recommend stopping in if you’re looking for a vehicle! These guys are awesome! ?

Everyone I came into contact with at Faulkner Nissan was so nice! The first person to contact me to start the process and give me more information was Stevie. She was great, patient with me and all my questions, worked with my schedule. My salesperson Jake took time to answer any questions I had and made my buying experience easy and positive. I have never had a better experience buying a car as I did with Faulkner Nissan. Kyle in finance did a great job and made the finance process easy. Great job to all. Highly recommend for your next Nissan purchase.
