It is my first time buying a car in Pennsylvania and Faulkner Mazda made it easy and enjoyable experience for me and my wife. We got the Mazda Cx-50 AWD, its a fantastic car I really enjoy driving it. Special shout out to Mr. Matthew and Alex for doing an excellent job. So if you want a mazda unit, Faulkner Mazda is the place to be.

Mike and Katrina were incredibly knowledgeable and kind sales representatives. I never felt pressured to buy anything and they helped me figure out which car would be the best fit for me.
I was unable to come to the location for a week, but Mike talked me through all the details of the vehicle over the phone and was able to give me pricing details and discuss other cars on the lot. He made sure the process would be smooth even if I was not available for a few days.
Katrina coordinated a great transaction and purchase with me coming from far away, and the car was ready on arrival. The process was prompt and they took the time to show me all the features of the car I was buying. They were so good, a family member of mine is now considering buying a car from here!
I highly recommend this dealership for purchasing a Mazda, new or used. I will be using them for servicing and purchases in the future!

Faulkner Mazda has an excellent service department. I can always get a convenient appointment and I’m in and out reasonably quickly. The service advisors are friendly and helpful. I always request that Danny Lee service my cars; he’s an excellent technician. I’m very satisfied.

The 90K mi service appointment went very smoothly. Penny and her assistant checked me in quickly and set up the state inspection as part of the service yesterday to save me time. While I was surprised at the other repairs needed, I am thankful to your technician Arthur for calling those out since safety is of primary importance. All work was done in a timely manner and the car drives beautifully. Thanks for a great service experience.

Great experience in the oil change and tire replacement! The staff was friendly and helpful. The mechanic carefully inspected the car and completed the maintenance and replacement quickly.

The service department did a great job of completing my annual state inspection and inspection in less than two hours. Upon arrival I was greeted with a warm hello by Krystal Wolfe, my service advisor. I was then given a cost estimate and directed to have a seat in the waiting area. There were comfortable pleather lounge chairs along with free coffee, tea and bottled water. After 20 minutes I received a text message with a link to a video of my vehicle, detailing the results of my inspection. There was nothing wrong with my vehicle but they suggested replacing break pads and rotors on my next visit. After completing my payment and checking out, I returned to my car which had been given a complementary wash. I left feeling confident that my vehicle was in good shape. Thanks Faulkner Mazda!

Bought a used 2022 Mazda CX9 Touring Plus (CPO) on Aug 3.
Great buying experience with this dealership and Mike Ramsey ( salesperson ). Right from understanding my needs , explaining everything about vehicle to closing the deal, Mike handled the process as if he was personally involved in the transaction. Unlike other salespeople out there, he wasn’t over the board not too pushy while keeping a grounded nature during entire conversation.
Understanding my situation, he even picked me up on the day of delivery ( 25 mile drive ) and took an hour to setup everything in the car as per my liking. His commitment to serving the clients is not limited to just sales deal and he makes sure he has a lasting impression and relation with them.
