Nick in the service department went above and beyond to get my Kona in and serviced in a timely manner. My return trip home Lyft was covered by the dealership. My car was given a complimentary car wash after being serviced. It's a great experience with all employees being super helpful.

Awful experience with Nick at the service desk. Horrible communication (blamed not being able to communicate with me about my apt/car because the phones were down yet I had no issue talking to someone else each time I called in myself; told me my car was ready for pickup when it wasn’t), bad customer service (tried telling me I had to pay for things without asking if I was under warranty, that I had to wait for weeks for a loaner, etc). Thankfully, his manager was able to help me out and was great to work with after nick assured me that my car was fixed (which it wasn’t, same issue happened a week later). I even had to stop in a third time because they forgot to put my engine cover back on after my first visit. I told Nick they forgot it when making a second apt. Picked up my car this week and still no engine cover so I had to stop in AGAIN. Nick was at the desk, unfortunately, and was seen flinging his arms while walking to the garage to look for it (someone else ending up having to get it because he didn’t even know what he was looking for). Such a bad experience.

They do great job at oil change but alignment was messed up after yearly inspection.

Customer service was primed with custom responses regarding engine warranty.
No hire car offered in good time and over a month to wait for repair.
Totally inconvenienced and they never answer the phone!

Had our 2018 Tucson there in December for some minor recall fixes and a new fob. At the time they knew there was a massive engine failure risk for our vehicle so much so Hyundai was going through a class action lawsuit about it. Our car could have caught on fire or caused an accident from sudden engine failure. Fast forward 6 months and our car loses power going up 83 and a knock sensor issue goes on. Left several messages (more than 5) until I finally called and got through to someone (yeah no one ever called me back). Get told it's going to take a month or more to build and replace the engine, there's 20 people in line ahead of us and there's no loaners. They try to lie and act like they're covering this under an awesome extended warranty which is only the result of the class action. Bunch of liars who have made us lose complete trust and faith in their dealerships and the quality of their vehicles. Do your homework before you buy from them because there are plenty more recalls within their family of brands. Finally got our car back after 2 months of it being out of commission. They couldn't even give the courtesy of topping off basic fluids or anything for the inconvenience. I can't give negative stars so they're lucky they get 1. Won't ever return even if the service fees are waived.

I was hesitant to go to any Hyundai dealer because of past problems with a local dealer. Bill Bloom was recommended as an honest and upright salesman. This experience was the best I've had in any car dealership. Bill answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable . He made my experience a good one!
I would go to him again and recommend him to family and friends.

Unfortunately not great service. The last 2 times i was there with a scheduled appointment they couldn't find it in their system and I had to remind them what it was for and explain the situation again. Then told it would be 2 hours .. well here we are 4 hours later and still no call that it's ready. You can't ever reach someone on their phone lines.
Next time I'll drive the 45 min to Lancaster Hyundai, I'll still be home earlier than if I went right down the road to Faulkner. Save your time and money. Avoid Faulkner.

We purchased our 3rd Hyundai Elantra here tonight. We really appreciated our sales rep, Mike Merritt, tonight and I recommend asking for him.
These guys are polite and go to great lengths to find what you want and have great quality procedures in place so as to never misrepresent anything.
The service here has been consistently superb over the past 2 decades that we've dealt with Faulkner Hyundai.

We could not have been treated better! Just purchased a new Elantra from Faulkner. Mike Merritt was outstanding. Went over everything in great detail! Would definitely purchase another car from Faulkner!
