Every time we go one or two of the washlanes are being repaired. The scanner doesn't work half the time. Had to try getting scan to work at least 12 times. Evidently the sun interferes with the reader. Ver frustrating. Price increased aga. Unaffordable

Got the basic wash which was just no drying, I could understand not getting the hard stuff but didn’t even wash off dirt.

This palace was done! The bays aren't fully functional! And there is no change machine. I tried to use newer dollar bills and they wouldn't accept them either

Hit or miss, generally they are close by so I use them a lot. However, I've noticed that last few occasions the credit card (cards only) doesn't work or the foam brush spitting liquid soap instead of foams.
