YESTERDAY MORNING I WENT TO BUY SOME BLOCK PAPER WITH MY HUBBY (WHO HAS HEARING PROBLEM, PARCIAL DEAF, HYPOACUSIS) AND THIS MANAGER OF NO WERE STARTED SCREAMING AND YELLING RUD AT US BECAUSE WE DID NOT RESPOND FAST AT THE "NEXT" PERSON CALL. THE CASHIER WAS VERY NICE, I EVEN ASK HER, "WHO WAS THAT MAN" AND I LEAVE A MASSEGE FOR THE UNHAPPY MANAGER SO HE CAN UNDERSTAND NOT TO TREAT PEOPLE WITH HIS RUD ACTITUD. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS STORE AGAIN AND YOU "MANAGER STARED TREATING PEOPLE THE WAY YOU LOVE BEEN TREAT. " AND IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB AND PEOPLE, QUIT YOUR MANAGER POSITION ASAP. THANK YOU.

Very dirty store!!! Not so friendly staff!! I never heard a cashier talk like they were in the hood. Not in a work environment!!

Family dollar has stolen 377 dollars I deposited in a new PayPal card. They gave ne the receipt that belonged to the customer infront of me and now won't return my money. The manager is not only a racist, he's terrible and disrespectful even to his employees who have all said what he did to ne was wrong. He may have done away with the new PayPal card I bought so I wouldn't be able to activate it; but boy do I have a surprise for him. He's not the head honcho of family dollar, like he likes to think. There's always someone over you. Watch out for me and the real head honcho.

Store closes an hr or 2 before the actual time that is given, I would expect that the store would be open up til 10 but they were already closed, that’s the only thing that needs changed in the hours, just change the hours they are actually opening at to the time they actually close a lot of people get confused when they see what open and it isn’t actually open, a whole waste of time we have when we could of went elsewhere ?

Horrible place, the staff are never on time and the store opens a whole hour after it's supposed to.

Not a lot on the shelves. Cashiers were not friendly and I watched one cashier verify an age for someone to buy cigarettes and they had no ID on them. And they were younger then 35. But I know it would have been the stores fine if they were not of age. Will not be visiting this store again.
