About Explosive Sports Performance
Explosive Sports Performance is a gym where members are treated like family, not just a face in the crowd. It offers individualized help, a wide variety of small classes, and small group training. The coaches are very knowledgeable, tremendous leaders who actually care, creating a completely welcoming and comfortable environment. They provide expertise with how the body works, help treat injuries, and bridge the gap from physical therapy to playing again. Members experience high-energy, strength building, and super fun workouts, leading them to feel happier, healthier, and more confident. Athletes return to their field bigger, stronger, and faster.

A gym where you are not just a face in the crowd. You get individualize help with everything from working out, to help in their wide variety of small classes they offer. You are treated like family. Both Ashley and Dave are very knowledgeable with how the body works and how to treat injuries. I personally wouldn't go anywhere...

I've known Dave for 17+ years now and he continues to grow and develop. Not only does he have an expertise of the human body, he and his staff are tremendous leaders that actually CARE!

They have been working with my son after ACL/Meniscus reconstruction surgery and it has been awesome. He is doing Small Group Training to bridge the gap from PT to playing again. The Coaches are great and really care. My son is very excited to return to the field bigger, stronger, and faster thanks to EXSP!
