“I was in a panic after my phone broke on Memorial Day. I was leaving a store in the pouring rain while my phone was in my purse. Unfortunately, as I ran to my car, somehow my phone came out of my purse and fell, face first onto the cement. To my dismay, the phone carrier could not really help, but asurion was able to get me an appointment the same day, with this store, which was not far from my house. They were able to completely replace the screen, battery and frame the same day.The gentleman that helped me was fantastic.”
