We began to shop for a new company after being disappointed with our previous company about two years ago. Dave Cook came out and listened to what we were dissatisfied with in our current contract and what we required. He helped to make a seamless transition to Doceo, once we had decided to make the change. Since transitioning to Doceo, we have been extremely satisfied, specifically with our service experience. No matter how large or small the issue, the service team is responsive and helpful. We never have to deal with any issue for more than a few hours, as nearly as soon as we report an issue, it is resolved for us. The service guys who attend to our issues are friendly and professional. I highly recommend Doceo for anyone who wants to have a worry-free experience. If your business is like ours, you cannot afford any disruption to your service. In my experience, working with Doceo will ensure that you can provide your services without worrying about any service disruptions.

The day of the our installation, I missed one of our laptops to make sure it was connected to the printer. The next day when I called, even though the guys were very busy on a large job, Jon took the time to walk me through connecting it step-by-step. That man has an amazing memory and an excellent way of dealing with customers! Very patient and kind. Explained everything I needed perfectly!

Called for service in the middle of a big job for an event in Harrisburg. Doceo had a repair person who called me, walked me through fixing my issue, and was glad to help at no charge. Great company - give them a call and bring them your business.
