We were looking for a new office chair for home. Lots of new and used office furniture to choose from here. Also some new and used home furniture too. Very well laid out store with good lighting. Friendly workers too. Will definitely go back when in the market for more furniture.

Well i really wanted to shop there but they don't have a single price listed and no way am i going to a store without any idea how much something costs, they really need a better website, I wound up going to office depot because i could shop online

I had $1,000 of office furniture picked out but needed it delivered to Exton, which is only an hour away. Was willing to pay extra for the "extended" delivery and I even understood if it needed to be put further out on the delivery schedule.I was simply told they aren't going to do it and there was no real effort to "go the extra mile" for better customer service. I've been a repeat customer of theirs and just the week prior spent $1,300 to outfit a local office of ours. Their delivery customer service could definitely be improved. Frustrating.

My wife and I stopped down on a hot day, to drop $1000 or more on office furniture. We had just left a meeting where our dogs were requested, so we had them with us. The windows were cracked, and we left the engine running with the AC on full blast. We even waited before going inside, to verify conditions would be fine.Once inside, we began picking out furniture to buy. Midway, my wife heard barking. We didn't think much of it... our dogs warn EVERYONE away from our car. Then *she* approached us. You have all met her... the wide-eyed person who borders on hysterics.HER: "Do you have two dogs in your car?"ME: "Yes. Why?"HER: "It's 90 degrees out! This is NOT OK!"I can appreciate this. Heck, I've approached people over the same issue. ME: "Don't worry, they are fine. We.--"HER "It is NOT OK!"ME: "We have the engine running and the AC on full blast."HER: "With the windows down? All the hot air gets back in!"None of the windows were down more than 3 inches, but OK. She doesn't understand how forced-air AC works, and didn't see us verify the environment. I turned to my wife.ME: "Honey, why don't you go sit with the dogs?" Then, to HER, "They really are OK."As we walked back downstairs, she continued.HER: "It is 90 degrees out! This is NOT OK!"ME: "it is 70, max, inside the car."HER: "NOT WITH THE WINDOWS DOWN!"ME: "Yes, with the windows cracked."HER: "I stuck my hand in there. It was hot!"No, she didn't. My dogs are trained guard dogs. If her hand was still attached, and she was not covered in blood, she never got close to the inside of my vehicle. She was lying, to justify an opinion that was based on incomplete, inaccurate data. It told me everything I needed to know about this business.I will admit that I lost my temper, then. I shouted some epithets which, in retrospect, I regret. They were accurate, true, but regrettable nonetheless. But at that point, they had lost my business forever. I had stopped caring.Shop here if you want psycho-babble based on hunches and imagined outrage. Or pay 5% more and go somewhere that doesn't lie to cover their psychosis. You can guess my choice.

Largest selection of used office furniture that I have seen in Central Pennsylvania. True factory seconds and used furniture, not made in china furniture ! Worth the trip
