There nothing good about this shop they initially told me it would take them a day or two to look at my truck that was the first lie it took them 2 months to look at my truck ed took advantage because I told him I would be traveling out of state for work. He told me my 2 battery’s on mt diesel was bad then he said the alternator he supposedly changed my differential he never did instead he painted them no alternator got replaced he never did anything to my truck I took it to him cause of a bad shake which is why he supposedly had to do differential when I picked it up he said I have a bad shock after I left with the truck bad shake was still happening after he said it was supposedly fixed it gets worst he charged me $3,500 for nothing the shake was from a shock not having a bushing not the differential like he claimed from the shake my whole front end got bad now I have to pay more money to fix my truck he rude very unprofessional biggest scam artist I’ve ever met don’t let his workers fool you there all in on it best advice I can give you. After all that sitting he let me drive my truck and said it’s not gonna leave you on the side of the road and that’s exactly what happened it left me on the side of the road. Ed’s bad for buisness!

Horrendous service! Made appointment in the AM on Thursday for an enhanced inspection and Ed is an incompetent that kept my vehicle for 5 Effen days. When it should have taken max 4-5 hours. Kept calling for updates and he said hw was a day behind. Not even an apology at least. What can you expect from these kind of people with low IQ. Don't know what these reviewers are smoking by saying they had an "amazing service". If I knew he did this I would of taken it somewhere else. Ed is so unprofessional and don't know how he still has this business open. Needs communication skills and time management. The place looks dirty as heck and be aware there is a dog in the office. For the people in the back that are allergic! And has he's kid there with NO supervision! KEEP AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! If you want your car in 5 days or 2 weeks like another reviewer said. If I could I wouldn't leave a star at all.

Had to get an enhanced safety inspection. The owner was fair, worked me into a packed schedule when I had to come back a few times, and I liked the web link they sent that detailed what passed and failed and why.

Nothing but good things to say about this shop after my pickup broke down on I-81. I was towed to Derry where the trouble was identified and an estimate prepared promptly. They stayed past closing time to do the repair and got me on the road again that night. I'm extremely grateful to the crew at Derry for their help...great people.

I came in yesterday because there was a loud banging noise on the front of my car. I’m currently driving down the east coast alone and when I heard the noise I freaked out. I pulled over to this auto shop hoping they could take a look at it. They were super kind to me, found the problem, and fixed it asap. I’m back on the road today with no issues! Though I doubt I’ll ever be in that city again, I highly recommend this place for others in need.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Stranded in Hershey with a flat, needed to get home to NJ. They picked up my car, had a new tire on, ready to go in just a few hours. Professional, helpful, competitive price.

Through AAA, their roadside assistance was very prompt. They had the tire that I needed (I called 8 auto and tire shops and nobody had my tire size on site) and they promptly replaced my tire. The service was amazing and the little puppy in the waiting room helped the time go by. 10/10 experience!

Called AAA for dead jeep. Christian responded and was here in 15 min. Tried to jump start it. No luck. Typical Jeep “charging system error”. Christian got it loaded and off the Heritage to get it fixed. Real professional young man. I appreciate his enthusiasm and great attitude.

About a year ago I took my car to the shop to get worked on and they screwed me over big time. I was having issues with my car and I spent all day there and even baby sat the guys kid for free. He charged me over $2,000 for "work" he did. He told me to bring it back in 2 days and he said it was safe to drive. The next day my boyfriend and I take the car out for a drive and my engine blew. I then had it towed to the dealership and they looked at the car and told me that they did absolutely nothing except change a break and a light. I wasted $2,000 for nothing. I was out of a car for 1 year and it was hell. I don't recommend them to anyone at all.

Car broke down 2 1/2 hours from home. It was a Saturday afternoon had it towed here. He called me first thing Monday morning and said he was going to look at it first thing. Long story short there was not anything wring with my car. He asked if I had recently had oil changed. Apparently there was some oil on the motor and it was melting off which caused smoking. The best part was he was honest!! And didnt charge me a dime!

It was a cold, blustery morning when Christian rolled up in the tow truck to rescue by battery-depleted vehicle. He was dispatched by AAA and arrived without delay. He was reassuring, friendly and professional. Things went as smoothly as they could!

Ed and his crew are honest. These days, that's enough, but they are also friendly, knowledgeable, well-equipped, and charge surprisingly low prices for their work, which is quality. Not always the fastest, but always fair, and done right the first time.
