Had a great 1st checkup with my cat Loki. Dr. Crescenzi took her time to sit with me and discuss my cats health, what lab work was run, the vaccines he was updated on, trimmed his nails during the visit and removed some plaque build up on one of his teeth. Her staff was also very kind and knowledgeable. I can't see taking him anywhere else. You can tell she truly loves what she does and cares for animals.

The staff is caring, knowledgeable and seem to truly enjoy where they work. They take their time explaining everything from procedures to products to finances and are prompt in replying to messages. We are very happy to have found them for our new little Beagle, Oliver!

Every staff member was caring and professional. They explain things in a way that anyone can understand. My cats are as loved at the Hospital as they are at home!

Cancellation policy is a rip off. They wanted to collect a second $75 deposit for rescheduling an appointment due to circumstances beyond my control. We're finding another vet.

I can't thank Dr C, Kristen, Devon and Christina enough for the genuine love, affection and intimate care they gave to my bull mastiff Sidy. Every visit was very thorough even if she just went to visit her bestie, Devon, for her incredible stress-relieving, full body massage baths! Dr C listened to EVERYTHING we told her (please note we are very neurotic parents) even if that meant standing in the freezing cold, outside, during COVID. She recommended a specialist to remove a cancerous tumor and we had an awesome experience there as well. Dr C doesn't miss a beat, leaves no stone unturned and provides options for care. It isn't about turning a buck....her(and the team's) heart is fully vested in the wellbeing of your pet and doing what is best for you and your pet. I am forever grateful for this practice and how special they made Sidy and US feel, ALWAYS! You simply will not find a more compassionate, caring, involved group. I love my Derry family!

Everyone there is so wonderul. They take pride in your pets care and they fall in love with them. We had a Rottie and they knew how to handle him with such care and understanding. They even follow up with a phone call or email or even a text to see how your pet(s) are feeling and are doing. I 100% recommend them

My buddy dog Mr Momochi wasn't feeling too well I think he ate some sticks.I got him to the vets and for one it was his first time and he wasn't scared because the vets and their assistants he could tell where kind people. He hesitated a little bit going into the door but when I was buzzed to come get him he came out the other side happy and comfortable with the individuals at Derry. animal hospital. The best we're definitely very knowledgeable and concerned about the well-being of my pet. I was sent home with a few prescriptions that helped out his stomach and got a call just to check in on him from the vets which was unexpected but very cool. Let's make it simple the experience was very smooth to the point that I'm bringing my other puppy for her appointment for her shots when I take Momo to go get his boosters. You guys are awesome keep up the good work and keep on caring

The vet is great... IF you get to talk to her. Most of the time you're going to talk to a vet tech. The office staff is miserable, the prices are high, and overall just not a great experience. Finally found a new vet once covid calmed down.

They require a deposit. They are a vaccine enforced practice. Vet care is expensive. That said, I will never go anywhere else. Deposits reduce wait times and keeps costs down. Your vaccinated pet protects me, mine protects you. Trust the science. Preventable disease sucks. Maybe get pet insurance? Lastly, I have been there on the ground with a dying pet. This is the place that gets down there with you.

My dog Jeffrey saw Dr. Potter & the team. Everyone was excellent per my interactions with them. Dr. Potter is a pro, she told me everything I needed to know, shared all of the different treatment options that were relevant and let me decide what I wanted to do. I think that is a sign of a great hospital! Excellent standard of care! Hours are also great. Thanks Dr. Potter & team.
