I had such a good experience with Tina as my dresser. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She complimented me multiple times on how I looked in the dresses. I was nervous to go to my first appointment, but she really made me feel so good. She also really sought to find a dress I am comfortable in and like. And she did a great job of helping me try different things like a belt for example to help get more of the look I wanted. If you plan to go to the Harrisburg David’s Bridal ask for Tina, she was amazing!!!

I’ve had such an unpleasant time. I found THE dress but with no help from anyone at the store. I made an appointment, was assigned someone who didn’t explain the show room to me or my bridesmaids. We picked out dresses that apparently weren’t apart of the show room and she scolded us. I understand that was on me but after she gave me a changing room, we never saw her again for the rest of the evening. My bridesmaid had to help me in and out of the dresses and when it was time to say I found the dress my kid cousin found the heart and bell because there was no one around to ask. They were all helping the other brides/ prom people. I felt pretty neglected.
Then it came time to buying the dress. Once I got ahold of someone they told me I had to buy it off the rack because it was the only in store. They made it seem like they couldn’t order a new dress even though it was February and my wedding isn’t until October.
I discussed ordering extra fabric to match the dress and make sleeves and was told it wouldn’t be a problem. I go in and pick up my dress in May and am told they didn’t order any fabric like we spoke about and that the head seamstress would call me by the end of the week to discuss some options. She never called.
I called and made an appointment to meet with her to go over what I had in mind and she wasn’t at the store. They said she called in sick (which is fine) but no one called me to let me know not to come in.
My mother in law to be was also trying dresses on this day and we saw 4 workers standing at the front of the store watching us and giggling. Now I understand they could have been laughing at something else but it was a little uncomfortable because my mil had the wrong size dress on and it didn’t look flattering to her body.
I still haven’t had a call back from the seamstress and I’ve gone with someone else for alterations because I just don’t feel well taken care of at this store. :(

The costumer service here was incredible. I’m a younger bride with very high social anxiety and I was dreading having to try on wedding dresses in front of people, especially people I don’t know. I was fearful of having to do so in front of workers. HOWEVER, I had the most amazing experience!!! Zero anxiety. Sage, who helped me out on my big decision day, was wonderful. So sweet and helpful in all aspects. I can’t imagine having a better experience than I did. I’m so very happy!!

My daughter and some her wedding party were there to shop for her wedding dress. Unfortunately we arrived a few minutes late, but Gabby D. hopped right in to get started. She listened to what my daughter was looking for, found a couple of dresses from her wish list, plus additional suggestions. Gabby was so attentive and helpful. Because we arrived late, our appointment ran over, but Gabby stayed with us until the final decision was made. Thanks to Gabby, my daughter found her dress, the perfect one!

I visited the Harrisburg store on Wednesday, June 19. In order to purchase a bridesmaid dress for a wedding I am attending, I drove from Maryland (4 hours). I arrived around 730 p.m. I didn't have a lot of time to shop, but the lady behind the register immediately greeted me and helped me. I purchased two dresses one for another wedding I will be attending In a week. Definitely had a great customer service experience. The other lady who was helping another customer jumped in to help me too. The service at the store made me feel very special. Thank you, ladies. Narcisse

As an employee and customer of Davids this store deserves a five star review. This store is run by great people. Beginning with our Management team, Alexis, Emma and Sage who lead a great team of stylists. Retail is not an easy position, but this team walks in with the most positive attitude looking forward to helping their customers find the perfect formal wear needed for their special event. The sales lady/stylist who helped us was great. The alterations department gave us several problems/headaches. The alterations were not exact so they needed to change it… ok…. But the seamstress “eyeballed” the amount they needed to leave it out… did not measure. I questioned her “you can measure that with your eyes?” The manager said no… she indeed did need to measure the bride to be. Which she did … Then we showed up again. It needed further alterations. -again there were no measurements taken for the changes… we made an appointment to pick it up Monday (before the wedding on Sunday) and they simply said “she didn’t get to yours. Can you come back”…. We don’t live close either. They should have called and told us it wasn’t ready. To put that stress on a bride to be the week of her wedding and expect her to be free again the next day was unacceptable.

We recently had an appointment at David’s Bridal and was fortunate to have Sage assist us. From the moment we walked in, Sage was welcoming and attentive, making us feel at ease. She listened carefully to my best friend preferences and brought out a variety of beautiful dresses that matched her style and budget.

Gabby was amazing! she listened to me and pulled dresses that I absolutely loved. She was so supportive and attentive and helped me fall in love with my dresses!! We walked in just to try on some more dresses and they were able to accommodate us due to a cancellation and it was perfect!
