I had a horrible experience. I needed an inspection, my check engine light was on I told them to fix my car. I was told it was fixed . I drive 30 minutes and my car shut off. It never did that before. I later found out by another shop that I was signed up for the waiver program, They never told me this info. That tells me they knew my car was still broken.A lot of sneaky behavior. I will never go back again.

They don't pay attention to what they do and leave parts off your car . They didn't put back all the bolts and don't pay attention to what you ask to be done. I confronted them about it and there answer was then you should go somewhere else. You tell them what you want painted and on paper but they don't. So DON'T waste your time and money with this shop. I had two cars there and there not worth it.

I went to this place for 4yrs always had great results until recently...took my car to get work done needed for inspection ASKED them to check on a minor issue, was told that the job would be over $1000 asked if I could pay half now to get started...(did this kind of arrangement with me before) was told I would be called back, called me back to say they found more damage, so the price climbed more than the first $1000 quoted!....was never called back, never answered the ph. Or responded back to my voice mail, and shut down for the weekend without even giving me the option to come get my vehicle and NEVER spoke on the work I WANTED done for inspection (that's already paid for) very upset about this....im not a mechanic but I have blood ties and even asking other accredited mechanics said it sounds real suspect. No way what I was told should be the case. Just want the work done I need for my pass and I'll be taking my car somewhere else....Not a happy camper at this point..and to close up and not let me get my car....Shame Shame Shame on you. ??

They’re very responsive to you as soon as you approach the business, they got right to business, with an estimate, which is printed out, very descriptive. Price was lowest of the 3 Other quotes, the only con I’d say the interior was very dusty and smelled heavily of paint. And there were red paint specs on the front passenger door glass, which I didn’t even bring to their attention, because they painted my bumper, a totally unrelated ding from before I even owned the car .So From this to thatIn 9 days
