Keith consistently demonstrates ethical, professional, and caring service while practicing as a master tradesman. He is true to his word every, single time he interacts with his customers. He is accurate in his diagnostic work minimizing any 'surprises' in the cost of repairs.
Keith's ability to quickly diagnose a problem is one of his many outstanding skills. He takes the time to explain the process involved with addressing the problem and is open and honest about the cost of the work.
