My 3 yr old daughter was diagnosed with cellulitis of her eye. I went to this pharmacy with my two children (3 & 5) and were told to wait 5 minutes for our Rx to be filled. 20 mins later we were told they contacted the provider to get a substitute rx and they were filling it and it should be 5 more mins...another 30 minutes later they call me up to inform me the dosage was incorrect on the Rx and that the doctor's office is now closed and they couldn't fill my Rx after over an hour of waiting with two small children. Cellulitis can be very serious if left untreated and I was not happy at all. We then had to wait in ER all night to be seen again to get another Rx for my daughter. It was a horrible experience.

Very helpful staff. She made the extra effort to check in back for an item that was not available on the shelf at that moment. Rare extra effort. Thank you.

CVS is notorious for awful customer service so I was hesitant to walk into this store. I only needed passport photos because I don't shop at CVS.
The shift supervisor or associate, Calee, was very nice. I was in and out of this store in 10 minutes to take my photo & pay. She was cheerful and polite. It's good to see a CVS employee who is not burnt out.

CVS needs to fire the employees at this location and give whatever they're currently paying them to the ladies at the location by the giant down the street. First I would think that having 8 people in the pharmacy would be so that lunches can be staggered and the pharmacy remains open. Nope. It shuts down in the middle of the day for an hour but I think to myself, no biggie this will just take me 15 minutes instead of ten. No! I'm third in line when they open and there is a line of at least 30+ people behind me, from one end of the store to the other and they open exactly one register. I think to myself that it's okay you know I'm third in line it's ok but nope 45 minutes had passed until I got there. At which point I'm told that my medication is on hold and need to go to consultation now mind you I have nasal spray with me which I figured I'd just purchase with the medicine and you would think that even though I need to leave the counter that the man at the register would just check out this nasal spray so I don't need to get in his ever-growing line of people yet but no he hands it back to me and immediately ushers the next person up. I look over at the consultation thing I think great there is nobody there the lady is right there this will be quick. Nope. This woman completely ignores me for no less than 5 minutes. And I mean completely. No, I'll be right with you, nothing! After which I am informed that my prescription has been moved to the other CVS down the street. At this point I have been there for over an hour and almost walked out without paying for the nasal spray because I honestly forgot I was even holding it! I catch myself and redirect to the other registers up front and surprise surprise, one employee there as well and by this time I've learned! So I see the self checkout and think, thank God! Nope! It's slow and unresponsive and let's not forget the three minutes you have to wait for all six feet of that receipt to print! Absolutely awful worst pharmacy experience of my life and I do not normally use CVS so naturally I was overjoyed to now have to go to the other one! Well the difference was night and day! I got to that other CVS and the door had not even closed behind me before the lady came up to the counter saying Hi how can I help you today I was in and out of there in less than 3 minutes there were exactly two employees working in that CVS and when I say that they were the personification of efficiency I mean they were the epitome of it! These two ladies were taking care of filling scripts, a drive through, and people in the store and they were absolutely lovely! Pay those ladies whatever these guys are making and shut this location down. This whole experience should have taken 10-15 minutes and it ended up taking almost two non refundable hours of my life and I can't even imagine how long it cost the last person in line. Apparently this is standard procedure at this location. Never again. Throw the whole crew away.

Forced to use the automated phone system to check on a perscription but the line on the CVS end kept disconnecting. NO option to speak with anyone, just leave a message and they will call back...assuming the phone stayed connected long enough to leave a message...which it didnt. This place is awful.
