Pharmacy manager Brandon is very rude. No one can help in pharmacy.

Kate Moore with the one star review, that pharmacist did something illegal! That drug should have been sent back to warehouse as an expired drug in September.

Brandon or whatever his name is that works at the pharmacy is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. When it gets to be close to closing time for the pharmacy, he will close the gate to the pharmacy while you’re still standing at the counter. He also has sat there and made judgements about the medications I have picked up and questions me regarding them. I thought I was supposed to be the one asking him questions. Guess not.Oh and when I picked up my Covid medication, I noticed that it was expired but they CROSSED OUT THE DATE OF EXPIRATION AND WROTE A NEW ONE IN.

The CVS on Alexandra Lane in Harrisburg PA, is absolutely horrific to deal with. They don't offer explanations on Rx declines and when you ask for an explanation the Pharmacist, Brandon Anderson is arrogant and talks over you. He doesn't allow you to get a word in and he is condescending. He is ineffective as a pharmacist because he will not go out of his way at all to help you to resolve an issue and basically just blows you off. He hung up on me and would not allow me to say anything and kept talking over me. Regurgitating the same nonsense he did 8 months prior to today. I am taking my business elsewhere. The sad part is my company is now going to use CVS as out Rx carrier. I'm beyond unhappy and going to let my HR know how terrible they are to deal with. I am a diabetic, and dependent on insulin and other medications to control my blood sugar. This happened last time I tried to fill this script and it took 8 months for CVS to get it right. I'm done with CVS.

Had to inquire about a prescription3 times. Waited 45 minutes for prescription eye drops due to lack of attention and effort. Received attitude when being checked out.

This is the worst CVS pharmacy! The people that work here are rude and have no customer service skills at all. We will never get a script filled here again!

This is hands down the worst CVS as far as customer service goes. Every time I am in there the employees at the pharmacy are so rude. Nothing even close to friendly. One day I watched the lady behind the counter check out a sweet 88 year old man in front of me and she was so ignorant and nasty to him. It’s not that hard to be nice. I dread going to this place. It is always a 5 minute interaction that makes me livid. Also don’t call and expect them to help you on the phone because they’re rude on there too.

They want me to fill my prescription for a glucose sensor before they will tell me the price. I went to another CVS and they told me it would be 3x more than where I get it filled.. Get this, they say they take Medicare part B but won't give me the Medicare price. Medicare said that's illegal. CVS SHOULD BE CLOSED FOR ILLEGAL PRICING

Some scripts are supposed to be filled by a certain time. I went in 4 hours after that time and still had to wait 20mins. Head pharmacist absolutely is not following procedure. Funny cause the time for it to be filled by is even on the label for the bag. Hilarious. I’d rather pick things up from the CVS in E-Town at least I know it’s gonna be done when I get there. No excuses but horrible management this CVS needs help.

They actually close their pharmacy for lunch. How can you make people, who are need of medication, wait? Stagger your lunch schedule so that the pharmacy remains open.

I started using this pharmacy strictly for the drive thru window option. I love not having to get out of my car and go stand in a line for my prescription. I also tend to spend more money when I go into the store. Well-------the drive thru is always closed and guess what just another place that wants to blame covid for their decisions to not provide adequate service. I'm sick of it and moving soon so I am very happy to move my prescriptions elsewhere.

This is a very busy area so this CVS is usually on the busy side. Clean and organized so when I go here for meds, if the line is long I just shop around until it goes down a bit!
