I love the store and the regular cashier's throughout the store however Jess back at the pharmacy area is the most ignorant, rude and abtruse person I have ever met. How and why they allow her to work with the general public is beyond me. She is so miserable in her own skin and I would be willing to add one more star if I knew that they walked her out. I plan on reaching out to the corporate headquarters to see why they would employ such a bottom feeder. Awful

The customer service at this store has improved in a big way. Please continue going in the right direction. Kindness & tolerance between people goes a long way. Thank you.

The fact that every CVS pharmacy closes daily from 1:30 to 2:00 so that their employees can take a "lunch break" is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. How about doing what every corporate retail store in America does and rotate your people through lunch breaks so that you don't have to inconvenience people that need their prescriptions. Get with the 21st century CVS and learn about proper customer service!

I scheduled my pneumonia vaccine at this CVS. The pharmacist was very rude and not helpful. Needless to say, I canceled my appointment there and rescheduled at the CVS on Progress Avenue. They were very friendly and accommodating. The associates at this pharmacy have the worst customer service. After reading all the customer reviews, it is very apparent that there is definitely a huge issue with horrible customer service at this pharmacy.

Andrew Anderson, the pharmacist at this store is the rudest person i have met, and i am not exagerating. Him and a clerk lady that works at the window have "helped" me get my daughter's medication the past four months and there is always an issue with them. I have been getting this med for my 3 year old daughter's seizures on a monthly basis for the past 2 years and have never encountered so many issues as i have in the past 4 months from this store, simply because i need this med flavored (it tastes bad!). They won't flavor it ahead of time if i call and when i ask them once i am there they ALWAYS give me an attitude and make me wait unreasonable amount of time, when i know from the past 2 years that it takes 10 seconds to do.
Today they flat out called me "rude" on my face because the lady with attitude told me to come back in a couple of minutes, and i drove around, and came back after 3. Then Brandon Andrew proceeded to come and tell me that he wont do it, called me rude and that he was not going to listen to me and shot the window on my face. I was shoked at a "professional" doing this. I never spoke to him disrespectfully because i just wanted my medication and did not wanted to escalate things. However, after having to leave without the medication i did call CVS' customer service.

Kate Moore with the one star review, that pharmacist did something illegal! That drug should have been sent back to warehouse as an expired drug in September.

Brandon or whatever his name is that works at the pharmacy is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. When it gets to be close to closing time for the pharmacy, he will close the gate to the pharmacy while you’re still standing at the counter. He also has sat there and made judgements about the medications I have picked up and questions me regarding them. I thought I was supposed to be the one asking him questions. Guess not.Oh and when I picked up my Covid medication, I noticed that it was expired but they CROSSED OUT THE DATE OF EXPIRATION AND WROTE A NEW ONE IN.

The CVS on Alexandra Lane in Harrisburg PA, is absolutely horrific to deal with. They don't offer explanations on Rx declines and when you ask for an explanation the Pharmacist, Brandon Anderson is arrogant and talks over you. He doesn't allow you to get a word in and he is condescending. He is ineffective as a pharmacist because he will not go out of his way at all to help you to resolve an issue and basically just blows you off. He hung up on me and would not allow me to say anything and kept talking over me. Regurgitating the same nonsense he did 8 months prior to today. I am taking my business elsewhere. The sad part is my company is now going to use CVS as out Rx carrier. I'm beyond unhappy and going to let my HR know how terrible they are to deal with. I am a diabetic, and dependent on insulin and other medications to control my blood sugar. This happened last time I tried to fill this script and it took 8 months for CVS to get it right. I'm done with CVS.

Had to inquire about a prescription3 times. Waited 45 minutes for prescription eye drops due to lack of attention and effort. Received attitude when being checked out.

This is the worst CVS pharmacy! The people that work here are rude and have no customer service skills at all. We will never get a script filled here again!
