Never answer the phones, when I call to check on my monthly pain medication they make me feel like I shouldn’t be bothering to ask abt it when it should have been filled days ago!

Needed to ask the pharmacy one single question. 30 minutes on hold, no one picked up the phone. Moved my prescriptions elsewhere. I suggest you do the same.

I have used this pharmacy for years now and I have always been treated with respect and compassion. Both of the pharmacists I have dealt with (a pretty lady with blonde hair and a beautiful woman with dark hair) are always knowledgeable and take the time to speak with me with kindness. All of the techs are just as nice- especially Brittney. I know their day-to-day work is busy and they have people who are unkind for no reason but, they handle it professionally and are top notch. As a patient with chronic illness, they never make me feel like a burden or that I am inconvenient to them. I am very thankful for all they do and that I have such caring pharmacy professionals! Thank you all!!

Over 2.5 hours of hold time...simply trying to get anyone to talk to me about my 86 year old mother's heart failure meds. When I finally spoke to a store supervisor, I was basically told there's nothing they can do. Big hint...get someone to answer the phone! This is beyond ridiculous and far from the first time CVS has left us hanging.

Their drive-through pharmacy window is a joke; it is closed practically 90% of the time. Please do not say that you have a drive through pharmacy if you do not intend to have it open. It is false advertisement and quite honestly poor customer service. Either do not have a drive through pharmacy, or if you advertise that you have one, then have it open when you advertise that it is open. It is just good customer service and good business. Also, do not attempt to call the pharmacy, because no one ever picks up the phone. It will ring at least 20 times and still no one will answer the phone. There always seems to be at least 4-5 employees working in the pharmacy; why can't the window beopen and why can't someone answer the phone??? Really seems to me that there needs to be a major overhaul of this pharmacy.

My experience June 6, 2923: Cashier would not take me. Said closed for lunch. Not friendly at all. Very disappointed in CVS. Can’t say I ever had a good experience at your store. I'm leaving PA for a month and won't be able to pick it up till July. That didn't seem to bother the cashier or the store. Is the CVS corporation so strapped for cash that they can't support their stores with more employees!! I do everything I can to avoid CVS.

This pharmacy has had my prescriptions on automatic refill for at least 2 months And I still manage to always run out of my medication and then I have to deal with the beautiful automated system the really sucks I really wish my insurance company would let me use a different pharmacy.

Not happy came to this location for pills for my Fiancé was told they have nothing there went back to my doctor office for them to tell me the same thing they sent our meds over not happy or pleased at the moment…

They didn't fill my prescription correctly! They gave me half the amount I need and I only noticed when I went to fill my weekly pill box. I sure hope they're not doing that to others. I paid the full price for half my medication. That could seriously hurt someone. They offered for me to come back and get it after I complained. Not a chance. I refuse to use this location. Already switched pharmacies. Steer clear of this location.

I went to buy a drug test yesterday and politely asked the brown haired girl with glasses working the pharmacy counter if they sold them. She acted very rude and smug, and literally YELLED loudly for all to hear "Drug tests??" then proceeded to act like she had no idea what I was talking about, repeatedly making LOUD comments about not knowing what a DRUG TEST was. Finally some other kid told me which isle they were in. If you hate your job so much, quit.

I gave this place 4 chances due to I know it's hard to find staff but I really needed this medication that was supposed to be called in. When I got up to the counter they said it wasn't here... then I stepped outside to call my dr to make sure it was sent over. I got back in line and when I got to the counter to explain it was called in around 9:30 am the pharmacist denied they had a voicemail for me. The guy at the counter said it was right there on the counter and pointed at it. She miss heard how I spelled my name... so here I am waiting another 15 minutes to wait for this prescription to be filled as the line grew to 10 people... I'm transferring all my rx's and taking my business to the cvs in target. This cvs is not worth your time folks.

I used to love going to this CVS because they had a drive-in window, and because it’s difficult for me to walk from the car to the back of the store. Since they opened, the pharmacy has gone downhill as far as customer service. (Bring back Austin!) One pharmacist told me not to trust the automated refill service and to call the pharmacy directly. However they no longer answer their telephone and admit it freely. I once spent an hour waiting on the telephone for them to answer. It made me so mad that I called the CVS hotline to complain, and I had to wait for 40 minutes on that line. Now they’ve started closing the drive-in window for lunch. However, they also close it whenever they please, stating that they are shorthanded. That’s not my problem, it’s theirs. Hire people and pay them well so they stay. I have spoken to the pharmacist, and to the store manager, and to several employees. But nothing ever improves. Yesterday I had to park my car and go stand in line behind four other people. I got a list of my medications from them, and I plan to transfer them to another store, where I’m hoping to get better service through their drive in the window. We shall see.

After waiting in line for 1 hour because the drive thru doesn’t work for them. CVS stated they do not have any penicillin and won’t for a week. Besides that would not give me back the prescription to get filled at Costco giant or rite aid. This was at 0900 am. Horrible experience. Consistently go to lunch from 10-1:00 and close at 5 for 24 hr pharmacy this is not acceptable.

Well every time I go to the CVS on Jonestown road in Harrisburg there is another issue. Can't call corporate because number is not working. My main issue is the drive through, it is always closed, they say it is lack of staff, however they have the staff to do COVID testing at the drive through but can't hand you out your scripts. I have to go to the drive through because of my cercamtances that is why I am with CVS. So I hire a nurse to take care of my handicapped daughters for an hourly rate of $60 an hour and got into the store to get my scripts and the entire pharmacy is closed till 2:30 for lunch. They all have to eat together? looks like ia new store is in my future.

This has been my pharmacy for many years. Previously, I was at the one at the Colonial Park Mall which transferred the pharmacy staff, etc. when they opened this brand new location. In the last 6 months, this place has gone ever further downhill. Gave away my "auto refill" when I went to pick it up after being told they had it. They told me it was out of stock and no store within 50 miles had it. I had to be without medication for 3 days while I waited for a different store to get stock. Additionally, they WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE!!! Right now, I've been on hold for 25 minutes waiting to talk to someone. Last month, it was over 35 minutes. Calling the front counter, I was told "they're back there by themselves". Still holding, have called back 3 times now. Complete incompetence. I'm so sad this was always my go to pharmacy because it's so close, but no more. I'm done.
