I was making a photo album for my Penn State graduate. Maya at the front was incredibly helpful and professional! She helped me print and even cut a photo for me to fit perfectly in the cover to display my photos. Thank you Maya at CVS! ❤️

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. The pharmacist has such a nasty attitude and is very unprofessional. After 5 years they’ve lost my business. Good luck keeping the doors open with this level of trash working there.

Excellent service at all CVS stores
As for others having problems with picking up their prescriptions....I don't have a problem! I get a text message to state 1) they received the prescription request...then 2) they are working on it,....then 3) it is ready to be picked up. And it was ready on time!
As for people complaining the pharmacy is closed for a lunch break.....so what! Employees need a lunch break, and are required by law to get a lunch break. Wander around through the store and pick up your prescription when the pharmacy opens again, or plan your trips accordingly. Uh, thats what I do!

I tried calling them because I have a question about a prescription that is there, but I don't use CVS anymore. ??? Stayed on hold for a half hour and still no one picked up. ?

The store itself would get a 4 but the pharmacy gets a 2. Every call every visit it’s always a problem. The people are sometimes rude and in your business. I had a tech try and tell me what the pharmacist had told me because she was right there when it was said and she was soo wrong about the information which I already knew. They screen calls especially when they don’t want to deal with you and will leave the phone ringing until it disconnects you. I’ve had it done to me so many times when I was only trying to get my pain meds and gain clarity as to why I couldn’t obtain them. Then to be told that they won’t process my meds because they don’t want to and I’m in pain was a slap in the face and I had to get my meds from Hershey medical which is a 20/25 min drive. Definitely transferring all my meds to Rite Aid. They are so nice and I haven’t had a complaint or a bad experience with them yet!

Worst CVS pharmacy ever! No matter when your prescription is called in even if it’s days before, they never ever have it ready and you always have to wait 30 minutes or more for the prescription to be prepared whether there’s anyone actually in the pharmacy or not.

Worst pharmacy around. Also takes over 15 minutes to get anyone on the phone. Waited 20 minutes in the drive through like just to pull up on my turn and they closed the drive through lane.

Although short staffed, it shouldn't take 3 weeks to fill 2 prescriptions and give me less than 48 hours to pick up them up!

Update: I had to call yesterday 11/8 again because I was getting notice that my script was pending refill. I held on the line for 58 minutes and not one person ever picked up. Absolutely the worst place to get a script filled!This location's pharmacy is horrible. Every time you go there is a line 6-8 people deep and only 1 person checking people out, but always 5 hovering around behind the counter. I called yesterday to say I do not want the scripts they have filled and that I would be moving them. It took them 25 minutes to answer the phone! Absolute worst pharmacy around.

The pharmacy here is terrible. A prescription was ordered for my daughter at 8:30am and when I went to pick it up at 5:30pm I was told I would have to wait another 15-25 minutes because it was not ready yet. This was after I waited in the drive-thru line for 15 minutes only to be told I had to bring my sick child inside because the computer at the drive thru was down and he was “unable” to walk 5 feet away to a different computer to get the medication. When I asked the girl at the counter why it wasn’t ready after 9 hours, the pharmacist standing behind her informed me that they were FIVE DAYS behind. As if that’s acceptable? As if antibiotics for a baby couldn’t possibly be important? This has happened multiple times. Many other times, prescriptions that I know were sent in just magically never appear in their system. We only chose this location a few years ago for the drive thru because we have young kids we would rather not bring inside the store, but we will be going elsewhere from now on. TERRIBLE.

The service at the pharmacy is by far the worst I have ever had. Such a shame. It’s so close to home. This used to be a nice friendly CVS. It’s horrible now. This is my last time here for certain.
