What business closes for lunch?? I guess one that distributes medicine. We can't get medicine but at one place. Far from the hospital and far from home. Excuse me I have a patient bleeding in the car waiting for you to finish ur Chinese food and give us our prescription. Next lunch break you have imagine us sitting here in pain bleeding, needing to be in bed.. waiting for you to consume your food. Maybe schedule coordination would be better. Or we could sit in the pharmacy waiting area and leave a trail of blood. You have us by the balls and don't care. I hope you enjoyed your lunch break while we wait in pain bleeding.

I have come here for over a decade. Over the last 2years The phamacy hasnt had my script ready on time. Without me showing in person and requesting they fill the script, which they had 24hrs prior.

Self checkout blows. Had to wait and wait and wait for an employee to assist. Transaction was terminated and I had to get in the checkout line. Mucinex is apparently age-resticted but it is not indicated so at self checkout. Get rid of self checkout if you can't check out everything. Employees were good. Another assinine corporate decision.

Went in to get vaccine administered. Stupid an employee weather I go to pharmacy or minute clinic? She was unpleasant, curt & short with me. Why be that way on your job?

I needed help to check my Bday date for the cold syrup. The women at the cashier took like 10 minutes to help my out with it even when i said i needed help. She attended other customers that came after me.

I wish the staff was nicer. I already have a hard time making phone calls. Their phone system does this thing where when it transfers you to the pharmacy it's just dead air so you're waiting to hear someone and then the first thing you hear is someone yelling at you "HELLO?!" Like I didnt hear them the first time because I couldnt because it's just dead air. Please fix the phone system so this stops occurring. The demeanor is so negative, it's upsetting. I don't want to talk on the phone just as much as you. Please just try to make it a little enjoyable so I don't leave the phone call in tears.

Always have problems with the younger chick at the pharmacy. Absolutely disgusting woman who has an attitude no matter what, always complaining that she's behind and can't get your meds when promised as if you're an inconvenience for asking to get your medication when its due. I wouldn't even go here unless you absolutely have to.
