The one pharmacist at night he's bald, he has helped me so much on two occasions. I had a broken tooth and he guided me right to what I needed to survive the weekend. Then I got dry socket after another tooth extraction and he recommended a certain remedies that was very effective and didn't break the bank. If you have issues and don't know what to get just ask him! He hasn't steared me wrong and now I'm pain free for the first time in 4 days. I highly recommend them

Not a bad store, but in a bad area, crimewise. Person there told us that there was an armed robbery there, a few weeks ago.

The employees are always very friendly and helpful! The store is open 24 hrs and always clean & well stocked. I love how much money I am able to save using my CVS rewards card & coupons!

If I could give no stars to make a review I would! This place is a joke! I had to call and get my daughter's prescription transferred here bc our hometown CVS was closed and I had just left the walk in with my daughter. When I called the lady who answered the phone did not give me her name. She was short and huffy about transferring my daughter's Amoxicillin there. Told me it would take an hr. I went there 3 hrs later they did not have it mixed. When I got there they then went back hooked the water to the bottle let it sit and the other lady went back to grab it and sat it on the counter. They never went back to shake it in between or even after. So it is caked in the bottom of the bottles.I was told by my hometown CVS I am to take it back to this CVS and I do not want to deal with these people again!!!This is a law suit and a half!Horrible customer service, Horrible service, Horrible everything!!!!There excuses are they are extremely busy and low staffed. Not my problem. Maybe they should quit they pharmacy field and move on.... They are messing with people's lives!!!!!

0 of 10…no service attitude at the pharmacy. They did not want to give my medicine which takes 2 minutes with the store empty because they go to lunch!! REALY BAD JOB… CVS people are good to justify the whys but don’t have a servicial attitude at…disappointing!!

This CVS used to be my "GO TO" store. I loved it. Unfortunately, I have now found this store a bit lacking. In addition, during my visit today, I was given no other option except to do self checkout, which I had a problem with.

I would give a zero if I could. Went to pick up a prescription and there was one person before me and no one else behind me. I was told that I would not be taken because they were closing for lunch and to come back at 2:00. I couldn't believe it, you can't take ONE more person before you do so. Maybe I needed that script because my loved one was in pain or absolutely had to have it. I have never been treated so poorly before. To me it was inhumane to do to another human being and I can only hope that if that selfish woman is ever needs anything for a loved one of hers that no one treats her the same. Absolutely hideous.

Horrible! Do not waste your time here for anything. Completely understaffed always. Unless you like waiting 20 to 40 minutes in line, go anywhere but this awfully manged place. I feel bad for the one employee running cashier at the pharmacy counter though.

Usually my fiance and I come in here if we ever need stuff late at night. I'm definitely never coming back after my encounter with Arnie. I come in to buy a few items and head to the check out. One of the self checkouts wasn't working, the other was working fine. I go to the one that is working fine and scan my items when a prompt comes up saying "Coupon bin full" or something along those lines, despite not scanning a coupon or placing a coupon in the machine. So I wait for an associate to come cancel the order and after waiting almost 10 minutes, Arnie comes out from the back (he was also stocking shelves so it's understandable that he won't always be up front so no issue). He was very condescending and rude from the get-go. I let him know that it's telling me that the coupon receptacle is full and his response was along the lines of "if it says it's not working you shouldn't have used it, why did you use it?" I tried explaining to him that prior to me scanning my items, it appeared fully functional (as I have 8 years of experience working with cash registers and can tell when a self checkout is working or not). Rather than dropping his attitude there, he decides to ring me up on his register but with the added perk of him muttering under his breath and shaking his head in disapproval. I'm not coming back here. If you need a 24 hour pharmacy, just go to the 24 hour Rite Aid on Union Deposit, you'll save yourself a headache with employees.

CVS is one of my favorite stores. It was the night before Easter, and everything was closing at 6pm, and I worked until 5pm, so I went to the 24 hour store. It was fairly busy. The aisles were clean and organized. Sale prices were on the shelves. The cashier was quick and friendly. Saved over 50% with coupons and ExtraCare Bucks.

Phone service totally sucks!! Employees seem very irritated, Wayne the pharmacist is the only reason I continue to come back to that location, he has always treated me with respect and has been very kind.Giant Pharmacy prices are way lower than CVS, not sure why this is but what CVS charged 57 dollars for I got same amount of meds from Giant for 7 dollars? Used to be convenient being open 24 hours but no longer is. Besides Wayne there are a few other Very nice pharmacy employees.

Went the other day with a bunch of printed out coupons plus the coupons on my phone CVS app. After scanning everything the cashier said, I could not use all of the coupons because they were from two different accounts. I asked to speak to a manager and a young man named, Bradley came up. He explained that I had two different accounts, he went ahead and closed the one account and made it so all coupons now only went to this one account. He took his time and was very pleasant. CVS should be proud to have someone like Bradley working for them. It was a welcome surprise to have someone that did not act like it was a burden to help you and someone who knew how to help me. Five stars for Bradley!

This place is the definition of a disaster. The pharmacy is among the slowest of life's experiences. If you have a prescription to pick up, you should plan for at least a 30 minute visit. Customer service is lacking, the older pharmacist with glasses is rude, the pharmacy help is okay at times, incompetent at others. Once I went to this particular CVS for a tDap shot ahead of the birth of my child. The girl at the pharmacy pulled a vaccine out of the refrigerator, showed it to me, and asked me if it was what I wanted..... I was astonished. I did call corporate to report this serious patient safety matter. There are a number of other pharmacies just down the road, save yourself the aggravation and go to one of them.
