I brought my van in a few weeks ago for tires. Less than 24 hours before coming to Costco Tire Center in Harrisburg, I took my van to be inspected ( which is why I needed the tires). Long story short, the M.O.D. called me and said the air cap on one tire was rusted and may break if he tried to get it off. He tried and he broke it. I got my van and took it back to get the inspection completed. I told my inspector what happened and he said that the cap was not that rusted and the only way it could have been broken is if the mechanic didn’t “take care” when removing it (remember he inspected it less than 24 hours ago and they know my van). I told the inspector that it was the shop mgr, the look on his face told me everything.

Free tire rotation has cost me time and money in dealing with issues. I’ve been a customer since this place opened and currently own four cars with Costco tires. The last tire rotations on three different cars have come away with issues. The trend in service has hit a low. Giving a second star since this has only become a problem over the past year.

Bad reviews this time cause is very inappropriate you how customer service you have to select with who you have to be nice when you job is give a full service to veryone . I can calificate this like a discrimination . Its was a boricua girl in payments self area . 1 pm / 12/09/2023 for be specific she was with actitud and irespectful talking . Bad service for so much prestige company .

I won’t ever get tires anywhere else. It was too easy! Online, I was able to put in my vehicle make, model and trim and it told me the tire options I had. Then I was able to compare the tires, choose the ones I wanted, order, pay and have them shipped to the store. The very next step rolled me right into scheduling the installation. I wish getting everything installed/repaired etc was this easy! The price I paid online included everything, I paid nothing at drop off or pick up. Best of all their in person customer service is top notch. Jason was the gentleman I dealt with and he went above and beyond. He even asked me how I was feeling when I saw him bc when I dropped off my car I wasn’t feeling great. So simple, so quick and so friendly, what more could you ask for?

I wanted to buy 4 tires for my car. They did not have them. But offered to get them for me.They promised to call me if they found them. I did not get a call. When I called back another guy promised to call another store and call me. I got a message and asked to visit the store to pay in advance so that they can get them for me. When I went back another guy came to the counter and had no idea what I was talking about. Yet another guy came and I showed him the message I got from them. He was so rude to me and asked me not to rest my hand on the counter top which was a raised one. Some how he did not feel good taking care of me. I thanked him and left. I did not want to pay him 500 bucks per tire if could not treat me well. Thank God I saved 80 dollars per tire with other expenses for mounting and calibrating as I found the same tires from another place. Blessing in disguise. I will never ever go to Costco tire place in future.

After changing the tires, the TPMS light came out. Resetting it did not make any change. I took the car to the Costco (the second day after they changed the tires) and told them the TPMS light came out after they change the tires. They were very rude, and told me that I had to take my car to somewhere else to fix the TPMS. The TPMS light came on after they change the four tires, but they did not take any responsibility for it, and their attitude to me was extremely rude.

Great experiences most of the time, and good deals on tires every month. Recent example, was troubleshooting a slow leak for months, and hoping to have the low tire light come on during work hours. Had it come on late afternoon mid-week and was able to get right in and find it. Really appreciated the team working me in.

They gave me a warranty for seventy thousand miles, but after forty thousand miles the tires were extremely damaged and worn out. This, I went to the shop for an inspection, and they told me that I had a mechanical issue that was ruining my tires. They give you a long warranty, but in the end they cheat and distract you with other statements. I will not get tires from here again. The customer service was bad as well. I would give zero stars if I could.???????
