I wish i could give zero star spend 280 for 100$ frame and 180 fir lenses fitting was bad my vision was tilted for near sight even though i explain them its working fine on my other prescription glasses which were made by costco Lancaster. They refused to cooperate and facilitate left the glasses on counter.

Stay away. They are overbooking appointments, and you only have a virtual exam with an optometrist. I waited over an hour past my exam time to be seen. And the techs were arguing the whole time. What a train wreck! Go to a local optometrist. You will get much better service.

This is a great store however, it is always very congested with traffic. One thing that could be done to eliminate confusion near the gas pumps is to prohibit left-hand turns when leaving the parking lot. This would eliminate the congestion in the entrance area to the pumps.

We are military and recently moved to the area. We assumed (being former BJs members) that we could get a day pass, try it out and purchase items to see if we liked it more than rejoining BJs. We were given a pass and did not realize we had to pay immediately for a membership before purchasing what we were interested in getting. I get they want us to be members, but the guy kept pushing their credit card on us instead of explaining anything else. Once I agreed to get a basic membership, they wouldn't give us a membership because I didn't have anything with our new address! I'm in the military and move around all the time. I guess Costco can't make it easier for military lol.

BEWARE! Pharmacy hours are NOT the same as the listed store hours. The Pharmacy is closed on Sundays (even though the Hearing Center is open)...

I am not a Costco member, but my friend is, so I was able to accompany her on weekly shopping trip this past Saturday. There's two items that I really love from Costco; the Kirkland brand chocolate covered raisins and the Kirkland brand steak strips. I made sure to stick to those two items so I wouldn't be enticed by the many other store items that I was presented with every few steps. My friend got the basics- olive oil, dryer sheets, egg whites, spring mix, strawberries, dark chocolate covered blueberries, and old fashioned oatmeal. I only purchased the two above-mentioned items. My friend spent about $120 for several items, while I spent about $25 for my two items. We were able to navigate the store pretty easily, despite it being fairly busy. She informed me that this is the only Costco in the area, and the next closest Costco is about an hour away. This explains the general congestion in both the parking lot and the store. We didn't get to order the infamous churros or hots dogs at the end, as the line was far too long. Maybe next time! Anyway, as stated, I don't have a membership, but I will gladly tag along on any Costco trips that I am invited on in the future!

Just like any other Costco, the price of fuel is about 20 cents cheaper than the other gas pumps around!The staff was courteous and the fuel pump had all the necessary safety equipments

Best bulk store in south central PA! When you have large items they'll always scan it so you don't have to remove it from your cart.

Staff is always friendly and it is always clean. If you are a member you can enjoy discounted gas prices, which is very helpful at this time. My favorite part of Costco is the flower selection! Large bunches of flowers starts at 9.99! For our wedding we went in the AM and brought all our flowers the day of. So beautiful Now we always swing by if we have an event or reason to gift flowers!

I got my son two pairs of glasses 3.5 months ago. He wears them only at school Monday through Friday. They were supposed to be scratch resistant. The scratches are so bad, they are now usable junk and Costco won’t do anything. Would not recommend getting glasses for kids from Costco.

Large selections also plenty of bulk items! Meat & Seafood department is huge! They do have a pharmacy, gas, furniture (indoor & outdoor) plenty of seasonal items as well as electronics! You can find more things here than you thought you really needed!

Costco is what it is. We find the things they sell if high quality and never had a problem with a return. The automatic extension of warranties on electronics is great although we have heard issues with their "concierge" program. The only problems with this store is that they have too many customers for the location and the way the driveway is laid out and getting in or out of the lot is sometimes an interesting experience (that would be helped by a little courtesy from drivers). They also did a top notch job re public health during the height of the pandemic. If all businesses had done the same we might not have had omicron. Do wish they could sell wine and beer as in some other states.

I am beyond frustrated!! First off, every time I go to this location, it's a frustrating experience! The only positive experience I've ever had here was in the tire center. With that being said, I ordered a dehumidifier online and it stated I would receive it the following week (I didn't). I called customer service to check on it and she came back and said I would have to call the vendor because she couldn't get an answer! WHAT?? So now I have to do YOUR JOB?? So I did, and the vendor wouldn't talk to me. I called back and canceled the order. They said I would be getting a refund within 3-7 days! Well, we are now over a month into this mess and I still don't have my refund! I will NEVER order from Costco again and I think I may cancel my membership and go to Sam's! Not happy at all!!

Bought some pillows from this Costco and found a bag of marijuana in it. The pillows were from a company in Pottsville, Pa. Thank God my children didn't see or get a hold of this stuff. Don't buy pillows that are made in Pottsville, or you'll get a rude surprise.
